Absolutely Frustrated, Got Scammed Twice in a Month
I'm basically not a person who gives a negative review for a restaurant, but today I'm fedup and frustrated with this restaurant and their service mainly.
I've visited this restaurant few times, last time when we visited the restaurant we ordered chicken Manchurian cheese momos, but they served normal chicken Manchurian momos without informing us, after having a bite when I asked them, they said chicken Manchurian cheese momos were not available. How can you even serve a food item which wasn't even ordered by a customer???, I thought it was maybe a mistake, it was done unintentionally and calmed down.
Tonight again whenever we have visited this restaurant, we ordered chicken fried cheese momos, after having a bite i understood they served us normal chicken fried momos, when I have asked them , they said chicken fried cheese momos were not available, this time I'm completely frustrated with their service.
For the first time I thought it was just by mistake and unintentional from their side, but again for the second time, what does this mean ???, seriously this restaurant is scamming customers by serving wrong food orders what they didn't even order. They're taking customers for granted and serving whatever they made.
If a food item which was ordered by a customer, you should let them know , it's not available before taking the order. There's no need to scam customers by serving worng food items.
I got scammed two times in this month by this restaurant, there may be so many customers who were fooled and scammed by being served the wrong food items without prior information. Please avoid this kind...

I was on 8 day Kerala trip. Every day I was eating Dosa and Sambar, the only thing which was not messed up here. And Puttu. I got fed up eating this every day.
Every Restaurant I went were a big name. Maybe their non veg was good but I am a vegetarian and I ordered panneer dishes, vegetables and Dal etc. None of them was up to the Mark. They tend to make their vegetarian dishes a little sweet. Yugghh...! Most of them serve Maida rotis, chapati and which is not at all eatable.
Luckily, i found this restaurant when I visited Alleppey. It has authentic Delhi wala taste. Balanced spices and Salt. I ate rice and paneer dishes along with rotis, and icecreams. They also had dal, vegetables, Pasta, noodles, burgers, fries, rolls, momos, lots of soda and drinks etc. And non veg offcourse.
It was so Good that I came back in the morning for breakfast.
On asking, They told me the Chef is from Delhi. Kudos to this guy. 👍 And the waiter who was very well mannered, and understood our...
