Pathetic service. The woman at the counter taking order shouldnt even be employed there as she has no idea about customer service. When I reached the counter to order, there were a group of women standing around the counter. First my thought was they were trying to make up their mind on what to order. The staff at the billing counter was so busy messaging someone that she didn't realise that they was quite few people in front of her. After a couple of mins when I asked the ladies if they had made up their mind, is when I realised that they were waiting for an order already made. They stepped aside and I asked the lady to take my order but she was so caught up in her personal messages to whoever that she did not even respond. After failing to catch her attention after a couple attempts, I walked over to KFC and placed my order. Wonder what kind of training staff are provided at Burger King. Learn from KFC, it easy they are just next door. The manager of this store too should be held responsible as he has no clue what's happening...

The location is forum mall kochi burger king. We ordered 3 crispy chicken burger and one paneer wrap, I usually eat McDonald's panner wrap but wanted to give a try from burger king, which I regret. The paneer patty tastes oil, complete oil stuff the tortilla/roti it self was burnt with all black deep grill marks. The paneer tastes like cheap road side patties full oily. Then I just throwed it away and order all time best McDonald's panner wrap next to burger king. Such filthy and pathetic taste . People please find the difference between the burger king paneer wrap and McDonald's panner and judge yourself. Will never ever buy another thing from burger king ever. After eating the paneer wrap when you burro it longer tastes paneer or a wrap that you had instead you feel the taste of unhealthy oil they used.
