Bellmount Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

We had the worst experience at this place recently. Arrived around 10 pm when nearby restaurants were closing. However, this place was very crowded and there was lots of food. But one middle-aged man (we’ll never forget his face) just shooed us away like we’re a pack of stray dogs. He even had the temerity to hold my son’s arm and pushed him away. He didn’t even have the kindness and professionalism to realise that we are a hungry family of tourists with 3 kids! Could we go home for food? Of course not. He could have at least given us some other options if we couldn’t dine-in; like take-away, etc. I then remembered the old saying,” Water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink “. There will be a time when he or his family member will eat out, then he’ll surely get it in return. He cannot escape his Karma. Even though we plan to visit Munnar often, we’ll surely never set foot in this blasted...

We came to Munnar on vacation. Everywhere in Munnar, the food was not that great. But bell mount restaurant was something different. A very well maintained restaurant I’d say. The food variety was decent, taste of the food was great compared to many other restaurants. I don’t know why this place has less ratings, but when we went, it was good. Special mention to Mr.Jaishanker, who hosted us with such a great vibe. He made us feel home in Munnar. The cost of the food is priced well. Bathrooms of Bellmount were super clean. We will definitely visit Bellmount if we plan a trip to Munnar again. Thank you Mr.Jaishanker. We had a great time:) all...

Worst experience .. very poor customer service mainly man with black coat and white beard very worst attitudes .(definitely he will go to hell because of his worst behaviour ,we moodoff for whole day we came to munnar for peace this man make the trip worst i never forget his face ) Is we are dogs? we are paying to food so you should give some respect to customer . without customer, you can't earn money . very very worst restuarant..... cleanless tables , worst restuarant i ever gone.
