This restaurant serves both Veg & Non Veg items.. They don't have any combos.. They have various dishes on the menu. The rates are moderate💰. The staff was very kind and courteous. It's located on the main road. The rest room facility and hand wash can be maintained properly.

The service was good, gentle and new items can be initiated like Appam,Kalli, Puttu etc. I tried the briyani , fried rice which was tasty 😋. Fish fry was not worth the money. There is no fresh juice, desserts and the milkshake. The tissue paper was not available at the table. The wash liquid was available .

I also want them to introduce some combos and authentic dishes of Munnar to experience the flavour of the place. The seating was okay and less crowded on weekdays. The hotel stay is also available on the top. The chairs are comfortable. There are No combos/ budget friendly Menu. The juice items were not available 😕 like strawberry 🍓, Avacoda etc.

I recently had my lunch at Sree kumaran, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the service was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized, and inattentive, resulting poor hospitality and service.

The dishes were bland and lacked freshness, and some items were served cold. Considering the high prices, the quality was not up to par.

Overall, Sree kumaran failed to meet expectations in several key areas. They are even not happy with our feedback, they just wanted us to leave the place.

Their business is located in a prime tourist spot, which naturally draws many customers regardless of the service or food quality. However, despite this advantage, they should still respect their customers and uphold...

If there -5 review option to choose I will give this review. We bought 4 parotta, 1 chicken 65, chicken gravy and fried rice. Parotta was very hard and the chicken in the chicken 65 and gravy was stale and it was very smelly. The chicken rice was average and we didn't eat anything on that day night. I don't know whether they tase it before Even serving to the customer or since we are tourist they deliberately served it. Please check before going to this holtel or...
