The worst place I have ever visited. We have ordered 12 rotis, a paneer butter masala, a chilli Gobi and a Gobi Manchurian, which cost me a fortune while comparing with the quantity and quality of the food I got. We have asked for South meals initially and have been informed by the owner that the item is over and there is only 'Unlimited South Meals' available. Then we placed the order for rotis and curry which took nearly one and a half hour to be delivered, still they still didn't have time to provide us with a glass of water. The rotis are barely the size of a homemade poori and thin as a machine made chapati, definitely a store bought one, which costs 19/piece. The curries tasted not like they should be. The paneer butter masala costs 225 and there were 7 small paneer pieces in it. Finally the payment they don't accept a card or UPI, unless you are a VIP. Moreover the service was horrible. as if we were some freeloaders. The total bill is 781 for this horrible experience and a tummy upset. If you don't want to waste your money on this please don't...

We went to this hotel on May 3rd , 2022 for lunch with family. I don't recommend this place for anyone. They are short staffed with one waiter, one Server and one cleaner taking care of almost 13 tables. They need to serve close to 70 people at a time. Then you can think off how much time they will take to serve the food. We have to wait almost 25 ~ 30 minutes to receive our order. The quality of the food is not good and can't be compared to an average Gujarati food. The owner also plays the role of Waiter cum cashier and that adds to the irratic behaviour. Since 100 💯 percent of customers are tourists he takes advantage of the situation and yells at customers if they complaint on the waiting time. The owner needs to hire more servers and butlers so he can sit as cashier and make customer experience better. Mostly there are not good hotels in Munnar and most of the restaurants quality of food is very low..it's a good opportunity to start good hotels for some wealthy business men so they can make big money....just my thoughts and...

Do visit this restaurant only if you have ample amount of time from your trip. This place ensures to waste atleast half your day because the staff is incompetent enough to serve food on time and in the end when you actually feel that you will be leaving comes the climax part where the person on desk is scared of accepting payments via G pay though he has kept a scanner at his display board. Only if you have cash you can make payments or else he will make you roam around the city to bring in cash from different ATMs saying it's just 500 meters which is not the real case when you are on hilly terrains. At one point we thought of just moving without paying the bill since we were there only for a day and we had 2 small kids with us, but then received cash from cab driver nearby who accepted G pay and in exchange gave us cash.
