Had a worst experience at this cafe today .As a warning to others who, like us, discovered this place through an Instagram reel. Unfortunately, the ambiance fell short of our expectations, and the service was unprofessional. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for our order, but ended up waiting over half an hour. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unconcerned about our delayed food. The loaded fries we ordered were a total waste of money, with an alarmingly small quantity for the hefty price tag. The double chocolate and mango shakes we ordered were also underwhelming, tasting more like water than rich, creamy treats. We brought these issues to the attention of the staff, but the lady who took our order and handled the billing was dismissive and unprofessional. Her response to our complaints was a noncommittal "I'll talk to our owner." As customers, we expect a basic level of professionalism and quality. Instead, we were met with subpar food, poor service, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Until they improve their offerings and train their staff, I would advise others to think twice...

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs

We went at 11:30 AM and ordered 3 shakes, a cup of coffee, fries, and a waffle. After keeping us waiting for 30minutes, they casually came back to say the waffle machine wasn’t working. They also admitted the cappuccino and latte machine was down. So basically, half the menu wasn’t even available.

It then took them a full hour just to bring out 3 shakes and a basic coffee. No crowd, no rush, no excuse. And when the order finally arrived, it was wrong. Each shake tasted like the same bland, sugary mess—definitely not worth the ridiculous price.

The food was garbage, the shakes were a joke, and the bill came to ₹777 for absolute trash. On top of that, the place has horrible ventilation—our eyes were literally burning from whatever they were cooking in that suffocating, closed space. Honestly, it felt borderline unsafe to even sit there.

This place is a scam, run by people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They shouldn’t be in business if this is how they treat customers. Save your money, your time, and your health – don’t ever step...
