Brews and Burgers Bistro — Restaurant in Kerala

Wow... Alleppey is getting ready for the war with taste of big cities (even with metro cities). This shop is a war leader, really it is.

Let me come to our food storyat this spot, We were planning to have a late night grab from this shop. The street was sleeping (10 pm - Most of the people Alleppey will be in bed by this time), but the shop was full on. Good music, nice ambience, smiles on the faces and good vibes. Just ordered some drinks first.

Then our friend who wants us to come here, insisted us to take a 'Beef Burger'. As we already had our dinner, we ordered only one. Then our chitchat were going on (Ambience was really influencing on what we discuss and our vibes too ) Then first the drinks came, on the first sip itself we get to know that, that won't disturb the flow we were having. It is just simple and perfect. Nothing more nothing less. Chitchat continued and after some time the burger came completely in this terror look (you can see the photo with knife, reminded me of some Quentin Tarantino frames). As you know in Kerala beef is an emotion. (Nothing religious, just the taste and the happiness) This frame was so beautiful, actually we can call it as an art. All the colorful eye-catching layers. The taste was in the look itself. But we can't judge without tasting it right. Took the first bite and seen the "HEAVENLY BURGER" at that moment itself. Just visualise the scene, where you see cheese explode, egg yellow coming from volcano and then to the Juicy beefy bed with forest of tomato,lettuce and all. As I'd mentioned the HEAVEN right. This food is happiness. I'm suggesting every foodie this place as a must try. I'll be also trying another dishes from this shop soon. I'll add some more Ambience pics in...

Loved it, for a place in Alleppey..

I heard about this place and thought i need to definitely try it out for a change rather than hang on the usual regular dining places.

The target was the steak and it was all over by then at 7pm so We were bang on for the burgers and it was YUuuummm….

I must say the pattys were well marinated and the preparation was perfect to make the burger go hmmmm crunch and juicy…. We had the Chicago cheese burger and Messi special burger.. Messi special burger was too good….though a special edition, feel it has to continue…

The strawberry and tender coconut milk shake was too good… was quite sweet but not too much to take over the flavour..

The cheese fries was not upto the expectation.. too much of cheese and soggy fries… looked like the cheese slice was layered on top and microwaved.. Crispy fries with melted cheese on top with a dash of pepper or chilly flakes would have been perfect.

I missed on the beef steaks and definitely gonna book my piece in the noon itself.

The space: the entrance path dint give that vibe but on entering the ambience was good.. They have an open space on the top which is also great..

For sure this has to be in you to dine at Alleppey. It was...

I Never thought that Aleppey could have such great burgers. We tried the CHICAGO CHICKEN BURGER, the 4X4 BEEF BURGER (4 layers of beef party and cheese- a mouthfull), the double portion PERI-PERI FRIES and the tuna sandwich. All were beyond delicious.

Alleppey seems to be rising in the food culture and hailing the pop-era food into the city with all the pop-culture music in the background. The burgers at the bistro had really juicy patties stuffed into them and melting cheese rolling all over. The buns were soft and supple. The beef burger, especially, was the best among the lot. I had to take the monster bit to get a nibble of the towering treat.

Their peri peri fries were double the portion compared to what one would get at any regular bistro. And the masala used to spice up the fries were quite unique.

The Chicago chicken burger seemed to have two patties of juicy chicken and the rest of the assortments. It had a unique sauce that inclines towards a Mexican condiment.

We also ordered the tuna sandwich which seemed to be a passable item in the menu.

But on the whole, the meal was ahead of our satisfaction. The price of all the hodgepodge was what surprised us. Just RS 800.
