Begging for 5 stars rating.

The behaviour of manager while paying bill was bad. He was taking my phone and putting the rating 5 stars by him self in my phone that was bad as if it was he who paid my bill. The quality of food was just ok . Biriyani was not a worth of 190. Its ok if its 110. Dear owner please teach manager not to force customers to take decisions what you want . And not to get into other phones without the person of person . It will be better if you make quality up yo 190 .

But still i don't know how dare he tried to put five star by himself in my phone thats cheep.

Sorry I really mean what I said . Its fine he should the purpose of the scanner . Im a working woman who is in early 30’s I do give my opinion genuinely and y do you guys have to make sure you got 5 star . You asked for review. did for your betterment thats what reviews is for . The reviews did is as experience such thing . I did also find a similar experience of mine from other comments too . And opinion about britani is same just not upto price . Whatever it’s you choice. I recently dined at this restaurant and had a mixed experience. We ordered the meals, beef roast, chicken biryani, and alfahm mandi. I found the meals, biryani, and beef roast to be quite delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the beef roast was particularly tender and flavorful.

However, the alfahm mandi was disappointing. It was average at best and definitely not worth the price they charge. I would recommend avoiding the mandi if you're looking for value for money.

Service was another downside of our visit. Despite asking multiple times, the waiters took too long to serve us water. This delay was quite frustrating and affected our overall dining experience.

On the positive side, the restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and is well-maintained. The washrooms were clean, which is always a plus. Additionally, there's ample space for parking, making it convenient for those driving.

In summary, while the meals, biryani, and beef roast are worth trying, the alfahm mandi was a letdown. Improved service would greatly enhance the...

Sheematti customers pls stay away from this hotel. They have agents to canvas from parking area of metro and sheematti. They aproach with well mannered bahaviour but once we are in they shows their real charecter. Very very poor customer service. Poor quality food with comparitevely high price. Even we have to wait for 20-30 minuts for normal veg meals. The waiters will not attend u once u r stepped in. Even we have to ask so many time for drinking water. Pls stay away from these frouds.... Even i called a lady from the cash counter for help, i think that she is in charge or owner. But she hesitated to come to us. We are around 7 people with ladies n childrens and we are so much embaressed with such behaviour. Never had this from any one....
