Food: Grilled Chicken Salad Rate: ₹ 190 Offer Rate: ₹ 83 (Including packing charges)

Packing: It is served in a plastic carry bag along with 2 tomato ketchup and one wooden spoon... The packing was grilled chicken salad was in aluminium foil plate of small size...

Quantity: I was really amazed to see the quantity of the food and I thought of calling my neighbours and friends also to eat this salad. As you can see, I was really shocked and I was thinking of the same... I started to write google reviews of every restaurant I order from so that no other will be cheated again and it's not easy to delete from Google also... And now back to food... I was so much shocked by seeing the quantity and I really wondered that they are really giving this for 190 bugs... And how much they are cheating people during this pandemic... And it is also affecting the credibility of online services like Swiggy by listing these types of frauds... Food has to be given by knowing the heart of people and stop cheating the people... This is where I really praise Akshaya and Radhakrishna and all for really maintaining that credibility...

Quality: As you can see in the image, you will surely get to know what all are included in it... As every vegetable except cabbage is really big... Maybe it's useful to fill the plate easy with less chicken... What an Idea Sirji...

Taste: No comments as they even never deserve to be said even a good word... Really it was horrible...

NB:

To all those people may think that I purchased it on offer and I am saying it is less in quantity... If they need to give less in quantity, they can add a new menu as large and small... Or even they can customize the quantity, so that a person who purchases will know that, to get more they need to select the large one... And also that is not an offer... And Offer is an event in which they sell the same quantity of the food as regular time at the offer price and this is what happened here... So please...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burger Castle in Thrissur. Late at night, around 10 pm, my friends and I were craving something refreshing and decided to try their shakes. Unfortunately, our expectations were shattered.

We ordered three shakes: Green Apple, Oreo, and Butterscotch. The moment we took our first sips, we were overwhelmed by the excessive sugar content. It was like drinking sweet syrup rather than a flavorful shake. The flavors seemed artificial and overpowering.

Major Issues:

Over-sweetening: Unbearable sugar levels made it difficult to finish the shakes. Lack of natural flavors: Tasted more like artificial flavorings than genuine ingredients. Unbalanced taste: No harmony between sweetness, flavor, and texture.

Disappointing Experience:

We struggled to finish our shakes, which was a waste of money. For a place that's open late at night, we expected better quality and attention to customer satisfaction.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Balance sugar content. Use natural flavors. Train staff to prepare shakes with attention to taste.

Conclusion:

Burger Castle's shakes failed to impress us. Unless they revamp their recipes and quality control, I wouldn't recommend their shakes to anyone.

I’d like to start by acknowledging that the food prices are relatively affordable, especially when ordering online. However, the low cost comes at the expense of food quality, which was extremely disappointing. Recently, I ordered chicken strips, fries, and a Classic/Zinger burger. I was astonished by how poor the quality of the food was. Aside from the fries, which were subpar, I could barely eat much of what I had ordered.

The chicken strips were, by far, the worst I’ve had in years. I struggled to take more than a few bites without feeling nauseated. As for the burger, it contained occasional pieces of cartilage, which was off-putting and made it difficult to enjoy. I’m unsure where the restaurant sources its patties, but this issue significantly detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the combination of mayonnaise and ketchup on the burger was unappetizing and did not complement the flavors well.

I’m genuinely surprised that this restaurant has a high rating, as the quality of the food was far below acceptable standards. It seems the local dining expectations may have been low for some time. While I typically support local businesses, it’s clear that this restaurant is cutting corners and failing to deliver a satisfactory product.
