I actually came to this hotel to stay with my family and the truth is... We had a very unpleasant experience here. Before coming here we called the hotel people and informed them that I would come there to stay with my family for a couple of days. We asked them to give us double bed 2 bedrooms. When we came there the receptionist told us that our rooms were allotted on 2 different floors even after informing them that I would come there with my family☹️. The 2nd thing...We came there to stay in the rainy season (last month) & when we asked them to provide us bed sheets they rudely told us that they can't provide us any bed sheets as they only provide bed sheets to those who have taken AC ROOMS in their hotel and we had to sleep there at nights without any bedsheets which made us feel very uncomfortable😣. The 3rd thing... It was extremely difficult for us to charge our mobile phones in one of the rooms that we took. When we connected our charger to the socket all the lights in the room started blinking very badly. fortunately we escaped just because we had our power bank with us, also we didn't get mobile signal 📶 properly all the time in one of the rooms. The 4th thing is... In that hotel everywhere they have written that smoking 🚬 is not allowed in any of the premises of the hotel but always everywhere in the hotel we could smell the bad smoke & my child has asthma and it made it difficult for him to breathe freely. From this you can understand how badly and imperfectly we were treated there by them when we were...
Read moreWell here's the thing. This is not a "hotel". This is a "lodge". So expectations need to be as such. The front entrance is shared with a furniture shop. So the main entrance is closed if you arrive early in the morning. There is a number on the entrance you need to call in case you need to reach out.
There is a gate to the right of the entrance you can use to enter/exit during non working hours. There is a bell you can ring once you enter.
While the service is satisfactory, what bummed me is a knock on the door at 7:00 am telling me it's my check out time. I had booked this hotel through make my trip and the check out time was 11:00 AM.
I had a train to catch at 10:20 AM, and wanted to finish my breakfast and then walk down to the station. So, I took a quick bath and checked out by 7:20 AM.
Not a place you would like to come with your family. For that, a regular hotel is your best bet.
Pros: Walking distance from MG Road, Railway Station, KSRTC station
Cons: Unsuitable for families, no food options, weird check out regimen, it's a pain if you try and check in early, as figuring out the check in - given the entrance is actually...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. They try to make money very unethical possible way. Had not been told it was paid in advance by a friend, they were happy to charge again for the same room making double payment.
Probably the only hotel where master key is not held. If locked out, all the best. They will lie they don’t have master key and say it’s your problem not theirs if we lock out. And try to make business by giving another room and charging for that as welll as they try to break the lock.
Very unethical people looking for every possible ways to make money. The rooms are worst smells like dead fish and has lot of mosquitos and AC doesn’t work well! Better to avoid and book decent stays. Not recommended especially people who aren’t...
