Rating:0 We visited this restaurant on December 26th 2024 with our family, expecting a wonderful holiday dining experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was utterly disappointing.

Despite initially letting us in, the staff informed us that they don't serve outside guests during the holiday season due to being busy. This was not only inconvenient but also felt like a blatant insult. If they were going to enforce such a policy, it would have been considerate of them to clearly indicate this outside the restaurant, saving us the trouble of entering and being turned away.

The lack of transparency and poor communication from the staff left a sour taste, and we ended up having to find an alternative place to dine.

Unless they improve their customer service and communication, I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant, especially during peak...

Had the breakfast buffet for ₹590 (including taxes). It was pretty excellent for that price! Decent variety of food and a good attempt at western food. Amazingly soft muffins and banana bread and cakes. The pastries could be skipped.. too bready and not flaky at all.

The Indian food was superb. Crisp masala dosa and vadas, flavourful podi idli and idiyappam etc. Amazing Grape juice was on tap, besides the usual watermelon juice on the day I went to Catamaran. The potato wedges there were the best I’ve had ever, but I think that could have just been a great batch.

For the price, the buffet was well done. I’m vegetarian, so I can’t comment about the meat section, but they did serve cold cuts besides some non-veg curry. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall, I’d highly recommend it. (9th...
