Staff is arrogant and rude. My parents needed to use washroom urgently so they ordered 2 tea in this restaurant, the staff declined the order and asked them to order high value stuff to use washroom. I was disappointed with them since not even big A Class restaurant or a small dhaba would do that kind of behavior to senior citizens. At last they had to order high value item to use washroom. We stayed 2 weeks in Kovalam Beach for an Ayurvedic Treatment during January ! We tried many restaurant ! This one is one fo the best ! The cooking is excellent and all the people are very efficience (great quallity in India) and friendly... One can enjoy tea n snacks in the evening. It’s a good place to hangout with family and friends. And this restaurant is near the beach so one can have a view of the beach. But honestly the rates of the food are excessively high. And the food is not up to the mark.
