I recently had high hopes for Domino's new product, Cheesikan, after being captivated by their enticing advertisement. The ad promised a delicious and indulgent treat that I couldn't wait to try, so I decided to opt for takeout. I reached home within 5 mins and what I experienced when I opened the packet was far from what I had envisioned.
Upon opening the packet, I was immediately struck by disappointment. The product I received bore little resemblance to the mouthwatering dish showcased in the advertisement. I had ordered both the tomato and garlic flavors, and while the garlic flavor was somewhat better, the tomato option was overly sour and unbalanced. Additionally, I could barely find any cheese—certainly nowhere near the generous amounts depicted in the ad. Instead, I found a meager three small pieces of chicken, which left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.
The taste was average at best; it certainly didn't live up to the excitement generated by the promotional materials. The overwhelming feeling was one of being misled. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a brand like Domino’s relying on deceptive marketing tactics rather than delivering on quality and satisfaction.
In this case, I have to give a big thumbs down to Domino's for what feels like a reckless approach to their product launch. Cheesikan not only failed to meet my expectations in terms of flavor and quality but also raised concerns about the integrity of their advertising. Read moreWorst domino's outlet in terms of service. I pre-ordered 2 pizzas yesterday evening around 6 PM to be delivered at 745 PM. Since the pizza did not arrive even after 8 PM, I called the outlet. The staff there were so rude and said everything is delayed without giving any reasons and disconnected the call. Finally, it was delivered 50 minutes late. As per their policy I should have received a refund as the delivery was delayed. However, they said they don't care about the delay and did not even entertain a discussion whether it is about the delivery, delay or refund. One of the worst experiences in my entire life. I even contacted Dominos service on Instagram to communicate about this. Even after a day there is no response from their end as well. I will not recommend Dominos to anyone. Worst service 😞

Read moreI had a terrible experience at Thoppumpady Domino's Pizza. First off, there is no parking available for cars because Domino's bikes are carelessly parked all over the place, blocking any chance for others to park.
The service was appalling. It felt like we were being treated as if we were there for free food. The person taking our order was extremely rude and impatient, barely listening to what we wanted. No bills were provided, which is unacceptable.
The dining area on the first floor was a disaster—tables were filthy, and the washroom, including the wash basin, was disgusting. To top it off, they didn't provide any oregano or chili flakes with our order. We specifically asked for room-temperature bottled water, but were later told that only chilled water was available, with no refund offered.
