Hello, everyone! In this blog post, I'm going to share my feedback of Domino's Pizza Alleppey, a pizza outlet in Kerala, India. I visited this place last week with my friends and we ordered some pizzas, garlic bread, and choco lava cake. Here are my thoughts on the food, service, and ambiance of Domino's Pizza Alleppey.

Food: The pizzas were delicious and fresh. We ordered two regular pizzas: one Farm House pizza and one Veg Margherita pizza. The Farm House pizza had a lot of toppings like onion, capsicum, mushroom, and corn. The Veg Margherita pizza was simple but cheesy and tasty. The crust was soft and crispy at the same time. The garlic bread was also good, with a nice garlic flavor and cheese filling. The choco lava cake was the highlight of our meal. It was warm and gooey, with a rich chocolate sauce inside. It melted in our mouth and satisfied our sweet tooth.

Service: The service was quick and friendly. We placed our order online and got a confirmation message with the estimated delivery time. We reached the outlet in 15 minutes and our order was ready to be picked up. The staff was courteous and helpful. They packed our food neatly and gave us some extra ketchup packets and napkins. They also thanked us for choosing Domino's and wished us a good day.

Ambiance: The outlet was clean and spacious. There were enough tables and chairs for customers to sit and enjoy their food. The lighting was bright and the music was pleasant. The walls were decorated with posters of different pizzas and offers. There was also a TV screen that showed the status of the orders being prepared.

After a very very long time I was impressed by a dominos outlet. Unlike any other Dominos outlet here you'll get good service, pizza as well as a neat ambience.

I was here a few hours before catching my bus. This outlet is located on Alleppey's business hub which makes it convenient.

The ambience is really nice and different. It has two floors. On the ground floor there are few tables and the major part is occupied by the kitchen and service kiosk. On the first floor they have drinks bar and a much more spacious seating option. Walls are decorated with nice graffiti and the whole outlet was very spotless.

The service was really impressive as it was very professional and attentive. I was quickly greeted and my order was taken swiftly. They also deliver the pizza to your table which is really unique for the dominos experience. They also kept cleaning the tables as soon as the table got vacated. I really wish other Dominos could learn service and cleanliness lessons from this particular dominos outlet.

I ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas from Pizza mania and a watermelon fizz drink. The food was lovely. The toppings on the pizza were good and the pizza was baked evenly. The spread of cheese and sauce were consistent. A perfect fast food pizza. The drink on the other hand was equally good.

The wash room and hand wash area were hygienic. They accept App orders (through Domino's app), card, UPI and cash.

I am regular member of dominos pizzas since my college times in 2010. Had plenty of pizzas from mangalore, Bangalore, Chennai and kochi, but the dine in experience i got from my home town alappuzha town was so ecstatic. The hospitality, the way they treat me and my family. Specially the shift manager Harikrishnan, feel like am in my home. Me, my wife and my naughty son, feel so comfortable, happy and killed all our tensions and stress in few minutes that we had in dominoes Alappuzha, and the pan pizza taste yummy, well baked, correct ratio topping and in just one word perfect pizza. Am so glad and happy that as a dominos fan, my home town dominos team lead my champion Harikrishnan is best in my 13 years of dominos experience... Keep up the good work champ. We are so delightful.
