FRUITBAE — Restaurant in Kerala

I am regular customer of fruitbae and but this is the first time going to kakkanad fruitbae. Went with expectation as compare with all other fruitbae's and really got disappointed. Ordered chocolate truffle and i should say cost cutting cant be done so much like this. In all other fruitbae which i have visited, they use to have nutella chocolate as layers in between icecream and that too it will be thick like cold pressed. Here it is just a decoration around glass and just a chocolate scoop. Fruitbae should do training on your menu to those who prepare, else standard of brand will get spoiled. We expect product in same way across all fruitbae's and cost saving cant be done to dilute the menu. Really disappointed. Now i feel like specifically mentioning thrissur fruitbae who really make such a nice chocolate truffle. Hats off to that team. With same rate two...

The food is good but it is hard to taste because you don't know when your order will come *not for celebrity * .The behave so poor and phatheticaly to the comen man. This is India everyone have, and deservs equality the experience was soo poor that you doesn't beleve that it is the same restaurant 🤑. What to say common man is always punished in front of corporate minded people as it is in Alappad. They need to improve I say improve a lot in their behavior. Sooo..... unsahikkable..... Why I say why they are opening the store if they are not intarested in common people... Please place a board that common people are not invited or we dont have food for you or what not... Heard about this juice bar recently.so we decided to visit this and loved the experience. The fruit shots was awesome and filling.The concept of fruit shots is not so common in India .really must compliment them to bringing this concept All their drinks are so good and healthy . As per my knowledge they dnt add sugar until you requested. I visited fruitbae in Kakkanad,was little difficult to find the location.
