The food, ambience and location is great, very relaxing place to read books and write with a view of Arabian sea. When you are at varkala cliff and want to spent some time in one of the restaurants and thats how I too visited, its located at a very great location and right in front of the steps that lead down to the beach. The ambience within the restaurant is also good. There were many foreigners on the restaurant when i visited. I believe they also like the view and ambience.Very friendly staff and always very good food for a great price. It has seperate kitchen for veg and non veg, You can't find a usual menus here anywhere at varkala, As Varkala is highly associated with the foreigners. The menus and food too have similar influence. Everything will be prepared only after accepting order so it takes time to deliver. All the starters we had was really good. The view on the océan is just perfect.

I came here a couple of times for a snack and I have to say that the chocolate balls are really good. Today I decided to come for breakfast and I ordered a regular breakfast, as my friend did too. My breakfast looked delicious, the potatoes were really tasty until I found something strange inside.. a well done fried SPIDER was cooked with my vegetables! Well, everything I would expect unless this kind of extra protein. The waiter apologised and told me to order something else. I was shocked but still hungry and decided to order a cheese tomato sandwich and it was quite tasty. After we ordered a croissant that was old, chewy and burnt on the bottom, definitely from yesterday if not the day before. Is sad as the food would be tasty but I’m not sure if I would go back after that...

Hotel is located at a very great location and right in front of the steps that lead down to the beach. This hotel is on the first floor and the view of the beach from here of truly awesome. The view justifies the money that you have to pay for the food. The ambience within the restaurant is also good. There were many foreigners on the restaurant when i visited.
