Hotel Taj — Restaurant in Kerala

The restaurant has a small parking space, which can be quite inconvenient, especially during peak hours. Upon entering, my expectations for a pleasant dining experience were quickly dashed. The food quality was poor, far below what I anticipated given the high prices they charge.

The service was another letdown. It was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing a positive dining experience. They lacked attentiveness and were not responsive to our needs.

To make matters worse, the condition of the restroom was appalling. It looked more like a waste bin than a place for personal hygiene, which was downright disgusting and unacceptable.

All in all, this restaurant was a complete disappointment, and I have no intention of visiting it again. It was a bad experience overall, and I would advise others to consider alternative...

A decent place to have good meals, The Hotel is kept clean and neat, Ordered gobi manchurian dry it was priced well and tasted good, The ambiance is nice, All tables are placed well without feeling cramped, The open kitchen is an open invite to people as its neat and clean, Even the back of the kitchen too is neat and clean, Not many hotels in trivandrum can boast about that, It's clean and well taken care off, While waiting for your order you can here the sounds of palayam, The palayam Masjid and the kshetram near by, On sundays you can hear puja from the kshetram, azan from the masjid, and even prayers from the cathedral, The waiting space offers a great view of the masjid and kshetram, Thanks for creating a clean and well maintained...

Moderately priced decent restaurant at the city-centre .

A few months ago they have relocated to Saphalyam Complex. New facilities looks better than earlier one ( even though I havent visited the one earlier 😃)

Ac and Non- Ac dining halls. Ac has 12 seats ( 3 tables,4 chairs each ) Non-AC has 24 seats ( 3 tables,4 chairs each )

When we visited it for lunch on a Sunday, it was not crowded.

Staffs are courteous.

No private parking space, but can use pay and park facility on road or infront of Connemara Market.

It has open kitchen.

Non-veg items were tasty. Quantity is just minimal. Lot of rooms for improvement for veg dishes and Rotis

Wash area is decently maintained.

Outsaide waiting area is setup. Kerala snack and tea are...
