Aroma Classic Days — Hotel in Kerala

Had to stay at this hotel on 1/10/2023. The entiring amount has been paid at the beginning as they have said.When it rained at night, the water leaked from the top and the room got waterlogged. When we informed the reception, the room boy came and shifted us to another room but the same happened there also. All our clothes got wet. Even though it was reported,there was no response. The next day we decided to move to a near by hotel. At the time of check out, they asked extra 500 rupees because there was a third person(It was not booked in advance).There was no facilities for a third person like no bed , no telephone facilities, not even a bottle of water in the room and have faced irresponsible behavior from the part of the lady staff in reception.Having stayed many times outside the state, this is the first time for us to have such an experience. The responsibility shown to buy money is not seen in other things. The review is posted with the thought that it should be brought to the attention of the responsible people and that no one else should have this kind...

No running hot water for showering.||||Our inclusive breakfast was not served in the on-site restaurant, which only opens at 11 am, it was brought to our room by outside caterers. This is from 08:30 am at the earliest, which is inconvenient if you're eager to get out of Trivandrum to your next destination.||||There are no facilities for accompanying drivers. Most places have car parking and water, here there is not even a toilet for the driver to use.||||Our room sizes was good, hence the recovery of one star...

We checked into Aroma classic days on 21st May 2018|||| We got the room. the A/c, fan & TV was not working|| First day we got the breakfast buffet and the next consecutive days there were no break fast buffet|| Break fast was bad|| Tea was not hot|| Frequent power cuts||||I stayed till 25th May||||Overall.. VERY BAD Experience....||||when you check in the internet, the rooms are looking good. But when u actually go there its totally different.. POOR HOTEL... Dont go please...I wasted my time...
