Let me start from Ambience please.
Ambience was so horrible that I am entering in a KFC which is low level n makes others to understand the international KFC standards VS vyttila KFC standards. I went there yesterday by 11.45 pm approx with my Wife n 4 year baby 🍼, before I enter the mall premises , I told my wife , this is a Haunted place like Bhargavi Nilayam (an old malayalam Ghost movie) and we were trying to make our schedule to another standard food corner. But my baby 🍼 was not allowing to move out n was crying for French fries 🍟. At last I walked through the darkness n managed to find the entrance of KFC with a delivery friend since the entire mall , or near by premises / shops were closed for ever but only KFC is still working there !!! Never go to such place as it might endanger your safety 🛟.!!
Entered n understood that no dine in available+ no take away even they are open until 11 pm and I am there by or around 10:45 or 10:50 PM
This KFC is a GLITCH to entire KFC brand and should be moved out from that dirty haunted place or closed !!
There is no point keeping such international standard brand in such place only the owner to run n make still break even...he he he .. I used to visit this place long back in 2005+ .. was good ambience.

On Wednesday 28th Feb 2024, I took an order from your branch to take advantage of the new Wednesday special. However, to my dismay, the chicken I received was not only undercooked but also appeared to be spoiled. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bones were all black, indicating potential contamination.
This experience has not only been distressing but also alarming, as it raises serious concerns about the quality and safety standards of your food.
I am deeply disappointed by this incident and the negligence displayed by your establishment. As a loyal customer, I expect better from a renowned brand like KFC. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
Furthermore, I kindly request a full refund for my purchase and assurance that steps will be taken to ensure the safety and quality of your products moving forward.

Read moreI am extremely dissatisfied with the recent experience at your Gold Souk store in Kochi. This is a paid service, not a free one, but the product quality was worse than what you would find from street vendors. The food was far from fresh; the meat was black and looked spoiled. Despite our complaints, we did not receive a replacement and are currently waiting for confirmation on whether a replacement will be provided. This has been very frustrating.
The store's environment was equally terrible — it had a strong, unpleasant smell and was full of dust, suggesting that basic hygiene standards are not being met. It seems like KFC’s management isn’t inspecting or maintaining this store at all.
Additionally, the product we received seemed to have been prepared at least 8 hours prior. The food was cold and appeared to have been frozen before serving. This level of service is unacceptable. We are now considering taking legal action due to this awful experience.
I strongly urge you to take immediate action and stop the operations at the Gold Souk store in Kochi until these serious issues...
