We visited this restaurant around 7 PM with my wife and child after a long day of shopping, hoping to have a relaxing dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and concerning from a health and hygiene standpoint.

When we entered, the place was completely empty. The interior had no air conditioning running, and there was a noticeable foul smell inside. I had to request them to turn on the AC, which they did only after being asked.

We ordered a Chicken Alfaham, a mojito, and a chicken wrap for my child. Out of thirst and exhaustion, we finished the drink quickly. But when I began eating the Chicken Alfaham, I immediately noticed a foul smell coming from the meat. I asked my wife to check as well, and she confirmed it was off. I brought it to the attention of the staff, and the person who took the order took it to the kitchen. She asked if I wanted it replaced, but I declined given our trust was already broken.

What truly shocked me was when we were about to leave, the person in charge casually apologized and informed me that their freezer was not working. I was stunned—how can a restaurant knowingly serve meat that was stored in a non-working freezer? This is not just poor service; it’s a serious food safety issue that could have led to food poisoning.

This visit left us extremely disappointed and concerned. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes food safety before serving customers...

Came here a few days back and ordered the Ultimate Platter—turns out, the only thing "ultimate" about it was my disappointment. Half the meat was so bland, no strong seasoning. The few items that did have seasoning? Well, let’s just say Gandhiji would be proud of the salt contribution—felt like I was single-handedly funding the next Dandi March.

I also ordered some corn sticks, which we needed immediately, told them we needed it in 10-15 minutes, but took them 25 minutes. Apparently, the kitchen, however, took my request as a challenge. I now firmly believe the corn was personally harvested, sun-dried, and husked after I placed my order. Probably even went to Kozhikode before making it to my plate.

Now, to the positive side: The Mandhi was absolute fire. Perfectly balanced, great flavors, no complaints. The corn sticks were good, And the Hawaiian salad? Chef’s kiss. But everything else? Either tasteless or too salty to summon Gandhiji. Fix that, and maybe I won’t have to carry my own emergency seasoning kit next time. Also, decrease the time taken for food to arrive, or I'll smash open the kitchen door next time.

This doesn't mean other items would be bad, my friend has said other items are good, this is just my opinion about just 1 item I got.
