Food tastes just average. Had combo cutlet (4 numbers) and everything was average. The service was slow and the ambience is not at all good. Mosquitos flying everywhere and the fans are just operating for the sake of the name. So a big zero to ambience. Its an open area and tables are broken, chairs are dirty and nuisance from flies and mosquitos. If you want to experience a good dining, do not opt for this Luv Cutlet outlet. A total waste of time and money. The dip they provide is too small and you only get one dip for every 4 cutlets and they are not cheap either. One advice for the fellow foodies, have cutlet from local tea shops, cutlets should be cutlets and not fancy and you can easily get one for 15-20 rupees per piece. Donā€™t waste your time and money at Love cutlet. The instagram might have bought you here, remember the influencers get paid for the promo.

The service mode is self and didn't take that much time to get order. The price is higher than normal snack bar However not exorbitant. The food items was also of good quality and lively prepared.

Kanthari chicken cutlet flavour was good but was like a potato cutlet without any chicken. Chicken cheese pull cutlet definitely had more chicken flavour than kanthari, but cheese was old and not melted but powdery texture. Packaging also has changed, not as advertised. I do agree that freshly made to order hot cutlets is an experience, but the quality is very compromised! very over hyped cutlet!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

By 4pm, almost the entire menu was unavailable, leaving only the Italian cheese cutlet. Despite spending Rs 250 on wings and 2 cutlets, they refused to provide any dip or sauce, saying dips are only free with 4 cutlets. The wings were bland, tasting only of chili. Not willing to spare even 1 rupee for a dip shows their intent to loot customers.

Good luck trying to compete with much better...
