Mango Bakers guruvayoor — Restaurant in Kerala

14th April Friday around 10:30 morning, I got the worst customer service from this branch of Mango Bakers. I went there with my wife and mother. Took the only two pc of 1kg plum cake worth 420 INR each, I checked the production date and its 28March, I asked the sales lady do you have any newly produced cakes, she in an unprofessional way told me that, this is the only stock we have and these have 1month shelf life. I am spending money and I have to gift the cake to someone so I should definitely check its quality before buying. I was not satisfied and went to cookies section to buy some. I was taking my mother's and wife's opinion on which all and howmuch cookies we should buy, by the time , the same sales lady was looking at us silently at a distance, three other staff were inside and none came to the cookies counter. It was very insulting for us, there were total 4 staff and 3 of them were talking to each other and none was coming to the cookie counter. Great, I left there as soon as possible for I was not able to bear their great customer service policy... I know many other bakery around Guruvayur and will never return to this particular...

Bad customer service, placed an order for cake.. I have already shared my location with them but unfortunately my phone got switched off at the time of delivery and within 10 minutes I contacted the delivery man and he was so polite , also delivered the cake on time. I also apologized to the auto driver delivery uncle and paid him extra. But this lady staff was sending voice messages over whatsapp in a very rude tone. So unprofessional and unpolite behavior from this lady staff. She was asking me to come to their outlet and collect the cake and also pay...

FOOD POISONING FOODS.

We have been buying from this bakery since they have been into operation , but today we bought cake slices for kids at home and they were FOOD POISONED after eating .

Sharing this so that this doesn’t happen to others .

IT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING FOR US BEING THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS 😢🙏🏻 .

Even though the management was apologetic for the cause .Reputed bakery’s like this shouldn’t achieve sales by giving spoiled items . Specially on kids...
