O-Persia Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I had a such a horrible experience interacting with an individual from the restaurant today morning. I asked what's available for lunch?. He said they don't serve lunch. I told him, I see it is mentioned that the restaurant is open for delivery. Then, he said he will check with his MD and update me. Then he started blabbering something which is not even related to what I had asked(they have halls available and they follow covid protocols).

I called the alternate no and this guy picks the phone again. I asked him what is his name. He told me let me know the order first, I will let you know my name later. Wow!! What a Great response.

I asked him what is available in the Menu. He said vegetable pulav. I asked what else is available?. He is asking me what do you want?. I responded to him that I prefer nonveg. He said we have Mandi. I asked him what else is available in the Menu?. He asked me sarcastically what are you expecting?. He is under an assumption that I am looking for alcohol. I got offended there. I told him. I don't need food anymore you can cancel the order.

To O-Persia management - If you are going to have such kind of ppl around who doesn't know how to interact with your customers. Then you will end up loosing more customers like me.

Sorry to say this, I will never choose this restaurant again. I have been a frequent visitor to your restaurant. I prefer being there every weekend with my family. But, not anymore.

Recent Update : I had a chance to meet one of the managers and I shared my feedback with them. The Irony is they know who did this and they agreed to what I have mentioned above and said they will address the concern and feedback. I am waiting for them to acknowledge. It's been more than 2 weeks. I haven't heard...

Not recommended,reason being little far way from temple, we travelled with our own car and parked at temple near paid parking as the mentioned pick n drop temple service was not available at morning 6:30AM,secondly free complimentary breakfast which they offered while booking their 2bhk ac was denied to us as we were late from temple by 15 mins( enquired with rajesh restaurant in charge,as it was not buffet service,could he consider the same for us ,not denied the same,which made us to retravel in our car to temple nearby restaurants) Last by not the least I had did late check in at this apartment by 10:30PM( where I was eligible to use the room from 2:00PM same day) and I had checked out by 1PM (1 hour more than their 12PM standard checkout time) which was only because they denied as breakfast and we travelled back ,hence they charged 197/- for late payment ( if I had checked in their room by 2PM previous day and utilise the electricity,there eb bill could have been definitely more than what they charged me as 1 hr late fee,which they don't consider) also our luggage collection from car to room( vice-versa)was done by self,as there was no one to help /asked as we need help

so I won't recommend anyone this property,as there are multiple options we have near to temple(walking proximity and restaurant nearby/in same property),we had a totally bad experience in staying/selecting this property.

They need to be more concentrating on customer service, especially hotel representatives like rajeesh ,this is not the way to treat customers in this competitive environment ,be passionate and considerate to accommodate customer grievances for business...

During my trip to Guruvayur, I visited O-Persia Restaurant, which happened to be the nearest standard hotel to my room. The restaurant has ample space for parking, which was really convenient.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with excellent reception. The staff were welcoming and friendly, which made me feel at ease.

The interior of the restaurant is impressive, with furniture and decor that connect to an Arabian theme. Even the toilets and washroom are designed elegantly to match the overall theme.

The entire area was air-conditioned, which provided a comfortable atmosphere. But the highlight of my experience was the food. The dishes were tasty and served hot, which added to the overall dining experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for delicious food and a great ambiance.
