My four-day stay at this hotel was significantly let down by the consistently subpar breakfast service. Each morning, the buffet offerings were largely depleted by 8:30 AM, a full two hours before the advertised 10:30 AM closing time. Requesting refills felt like an imposition on the staff, often met with reluctance and delay. What was most disheartening was the blatant disparity in treatment between hotel guests and walk-in à la carte customers. On this particular morning (at 930am), I witnessed freshly prepared, hot puris being promptly served to those who had just arrived, while I, a paying guest who had included breakfast in my stay, was offered tired, oily leftovers that were clearly not fresh. This stark contrast in service made me feel utterly undervalued and like a second-class customer within the very hotel I was paying to stay in. There was kadala curry and no puttu. Adding to this frustration, a simple, paid order of Horlicks for my child and a juice took an unacceptable 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, let alone delivered. Ultimately, items requested (including a fresh puri) never arrived, leading me to abandon my breakfast in disgust and disappointment. The overall service during breakfast felt consistently slow, inattentive, and at times, as if the staff were doing us a favor. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and will be seeking alternative accommodation for any future visits...

So yeah , we had great expectations after reaching here . The wide variety in the menu card was impressive but the food quality and taste did not match . We had ordered manchow soup (was better than the rest what we had ordered ) , then we ordered their special Renai surprise which surprised us too , because as mentioned in their menu card, certain ingredients especially the thick curd , mushroom and cottage cheese was missing , it appeared to be a normal salad to us . We then ordered veg chopsuey which was very sweet , my brother and mom liked it though . And the Shangai fried rice disappointed us, it tasted just like any normal veg Pulao. I haven't tried any other dishes . One thing , they reduced the bill of the salad for which I felt was a good act from their side. The service was not pleasing , they weren't aware about their special cuisines that go off the table , no better recommendations from their part . I request them to update with their dishes , make it authentic as of what is mentioned in their card , and if that's not possible from their part it's better that you don't keep that part...

We visited the restaurant twice because of the proximity and ambience, but the way we were treated, I will confidently say that they will remain in business until a credible competition comes up in this locality.

50% of their staff don't know malayalam. 50% don't know English or Hindi. But as a customer you don't know who is who coz they don't say. Only after placing the order and waiting for 45 minutes will you know that.

And the most interesting part is - the staff doesn't care. They don't care how you feel. They don't care about serving you. The management is either unaware of this, or they are aware and they don't get care either.

If the management is reading this, - if a customer has to wait 55 minutes for a plate of plain idly, (plain idly!!), the least your staff should do is inform them. And if your staff doesn't care about what you think, my best...
