O'roti — Restaurant in Kerala

Had a very disappointing experience here. It is a small place, but that never mattered. But a small place crammed with tables and excessive wall art, didn't go well with my liking. The tables were all occupied except one when we went in. Sat down thinking this place is indeed popular seeing the crowd and the umpteen number of people coming in for takeaways. Unfortunately, the noise level was too much, people we all talking and laughing so loudly that we had to literally talk in our loud voices to hear each other. The food was average...nothing great. The customer service too was below average. We were a couple sitting at a table for 4, facing each other. The guy who served us HAD to reach over and stretch himself to lay the plates and serve our order over my shoulder, when the other side of the table was empty and well accessible. He would put down one dish and expect us to move it away so he could put down the next one in the same spot!! Not a place I would...

A very nice restaurant in this city with a very good ambiance. Food is very yummy 😍and the price is also affordable. Excellent service by the staffs and owner . Food quantity is also good. They will serve a cup of drink as a welcome drink !

Had one incident there which really impressed me a lot ! Me and my friend had ordered 2 chicken biriyani and a chicken 65. Then we cancelled the chicken 65. But then they came with chickn 65 and served us. The owner apologised to us that they had mistakely placed the order. The bill i have to pay was only for 2 chickn biriyani.. they didn't accept the bill for chickn 65 ! This impressed us a lot ! The behaviour of the owner and the staffs was very good !

A small place to have food with friends or family. Hotel ambience is fine. It's an A/C hotel having vibrant and clean inside. Food is of good quality and quantity but the price is a little high when compare to other hotels in that area. Food menu consist of a wide range of cuisine from local to north Indian, Chinese and continental. Service is little slow which hotel manager replied they have a short of staff and it will be rectified soon. Hotel also have online home service through swiggy and zomato. Hotel doesn't have their own parking space but as it is situated on side of sub road enough parking space is available on road side where visiter can park vehicle at...
