Staple orderings start with a soup- Cream of Chicken (best in class), followed by a starter- crispy French fries, classic Chicken nuggets and the best-in-class Fish finger. Appetising main course foods range from a sumptuous salads (solely appetising for some) or burgers, sandwiches, pastas, steaks or wraps.

Among the hamburger category, Chicken/Beef Tower burger is the bestselling one. (really appetizing af!) Old's Cool Chicken burger or BBQ Beef steak burger can be worth a try!!

Steaks are really not popular among conventional restaurants, but a bit craving too for foodies. Chicken steaks come with different flavoured sauces- Brown, Pesto, White, Hot garlic. BBQ chicken steak is another counterpart, which is top-recommended.

Chicken Mexican wrap stands another chance to try among the main course. To conclude with, Old's Cool special milkshakes surely dominate in this category. Truffle Ecstasy, Oreo madness, Ministry Chocolate, White Magic, Peanut Butter- no confusion, these are among the popular ones in the milkshake tier.

Happened to visit this place recently, while attending another function in Thiruvananthapuram. Got held up for a couple of days & so thought will go for food-tripping. A friend suggested this place & felt the name was apt for this spot, as it looked like a meeting place for old friends from school or college days. First things first, the ambiance really felt nostalgic, with school benches & desks as seats & it had an ethnic nature through out. Hospitality & Service was good, nothing to complaint about. The only sad thing was, didn't see any specific car-parking facility for the café. Finally, coming to the main point, their food. We ordered the following:

To be frank, all the food & beverages we had were good. The burgers were worth the rate & had great Bun quality, with original patties & in-house sauces. Even the beverages had quantity, worth the rate & was pretty attractive. If not for a dedicated parking, I could easily give them a fiver!! I had visited the cafe yesterday with my friends for dinner and had a very displeasing and horrendous experience. I was not intending on posting a review at first, but after seeing the response of your team (owner) in two of our group mates reviews had me rethinking speaking up about my experience.

First of all, you LIED. We had spoke on the phone yesterday with the owner/in charge and all you kept saying was to pay 250/- per head for just cutting a cake. We informed you and your staff that we (group of 8) were planning on having our dinner (birthday get together) there. We were not going to cut a cake and leave as you mentioned it as your justification for your new policy. So, it was very unreasonable and unprofessional for you to demand payment of ₹250/- per head just celebrating a birthday along with the dinner. You have not assigned a place for us or reserved the whole space to ask us to pay up!!! And lying about a minimum of 200/- order now which you did not mention at all yesterday is downright horrible.

When someone is giving you a feedback, be it good or bad, you should be atleast acknowledging it first before you start justifying and lying to clear your end!!!

PS: You disclosing the private information of a person in your response is very uncool. I am not sure if this is how you provide your service. Maybe you have something to improve. Thanks for ruining our...
