I had an entirely decent lunch from this eatery alongside my family.. I had fish curry meals which was gr8.. Indeed, even the veg meals was sufficient with parcel of curries..each of it was extremely top notch.. Like thali meals.. Fish curry is extremely hot however I loved it in particular.. my children adhered to Chinese.. Seared rice was great.. Be that as it may, cold chicken was recently normal.. one awful thing is that administration is damn moderate.. The primary thing you see about this eatery is its Ambiance, Secondly you get some better than average kerala style sustenance. Their First Curry dinners is the thing that I had. Just Amazing.

The restaurant is really best for non-veg lunch. Me and my friends used to buy luch from here. Today I had faced such a bad experience. I went to buy (Parcel)one full puttu and fish fry. There was "no prices mentioned" in the menu card about the fish fry and puttu. It says that will be depends on the quantity. And I had ordered one small piece of "Ney meen fry" (they don't have any other fish), even though the staff doesn't inform me about the price. The customer can't ask always for everything right? When i got the bill the fish fry was 300/- They said because of quantity the price got high. I just asked him a small piece of fish fry. I don't have any problem to pay the money, But they should have to inform me while they taking the order. And when i came back home and opened the parcel the quantity is very less. The fish quality isn't up to the mark. The quality of service should be improved.

Hurt ... Really hurt.. I was really a true addicted customer of ARAMANA. but from todays incident I really have a negative feeling. Nw also Hats of tu yur food items. They are so heavenly and delicious. But evenings preparations are not so good.

While having a look on customer service session.. Everyone perfrmnce in dealng a cstmer is good except one guy who is wearing a black waist coat uniform. Previous time also i have noticed him . But unfortunately this time he was the person who assigned for our table.

Please dear Aramana team members atleast have a courtesy to teach him how to behave.
