I have been a loyal customer of KFC for several years now, and I can confidently say that it is my go-to fast-food restaurant. The delicious taste, consistent quality, and excellent service keep me coming back for more.

Firstly I'll go with my personal experience: Located in Qrs Square, KFC is on the right side just after the entrance door. Spacious enough to accommodate about 50-60 customers at a time. Fully themed in Red as per the BRAND. Dedicated to Crispy Fried Chicken, they also offer Grilled Chicken as well. My personal favourite is the Chicken Popcorn they serve for ₹195(approx price). A small suggestion is that more than one counter to be operational at a time. Usually only one counter will be operational resulting in Long Queues unnecessarily. Speedy delivery of order seems to be a trait I found in this KFC outlet in PuthenChanda, Pulimoodu, Statue. There is Combo offers on almost all days. The Place gives a Lively ambience with Music playing in the background even during Busy Crowded times. Though Expensive, it's worth trying out atleast once to get a taste of the international brand the so called KFC- Kentucky Fried Chicken

Terrible Service and Disappointing Experience - Avoid Thampanoor KFC Branch

I ordered from the KFC Thampanoor branch via Swiggy, and the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. I had ordered a 10-piece peri peri chicken legs bucket, 1 rice bowl, and 2 normal chicken pieces. Initially, everything seemed fine until the delivery time got stuck at 8 minutes for way too long. I contacted the restaurant, and to my shock, they told me the rice bowl wasn’t available. Not only did they fail to inform me of this earlier, they blatantly stalled time with excuses like “we tried to contact you through Swiggy” which was a complete lie.

It’s basic responsibility to update the online platform when an item is unavailable how else are we supposed to know? The staff’s behavior is unacceptable, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. If they can’t manage a simple order, they have no business operating.

Adding insult to injury, out of the 10 pieces of chicken I ordered, only 5 were peri peri (which costs more) and the remaining 5 were normal leg pieces. This is blatant cheating and a complete loss of money on my side.

This isn’t the first time KFC has messed up. There have been several instances where items were missing from the package, and their customer service is nonexistent. They neither refund the money nor offer any resolution for their mistakes.
