Palm Beach Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I have visited the place twice. Firstly, I've came and ask if they can make a salat for quickly, because i have appointment to ayurveda. They agreed and i waited 30 minutes for nothing, they could not make a salat for that time. I went away hungru and angry. Secondly, we decided to come and give the place one more chance. We asked if we can pay with card and asked to cook fish medium. After 50 min waiting they bring us cold and very dry fish and shrimps. It was not was just unpleasant, it was rubber like shoes. We said we can deal with this fish (it was not good at all, but we were hungry), but we will not accept shrimps. We were disappointed. At the and they didn't want to receive payment by card and on very rude way asked us to go away and never come back. The most rude restaurant experience in my life.

Первый пришла и просидела полчаса, ожидая салат, который они ьак и не сумели нарезать за это время (был один посетитель, кроме меня). Пришлось уйти на аюрведу голодной. Пришли второй раз через пару дней к ним, спросили можно ли оплатить картой и попросили приготовить рыбу средней прожарки. Через 50 мин принесли холодную пересушенную рыбу и отвратительные пересушенные до состояния подошвы креветки. Мы согласились съесть рвбу с голодухи, но отказались есть креветки. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away!

This is by far one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever visited. The food was completely tasteless — they couldn’t even get a basic Kerala-style fish curry right, which says everything about their so-called "expertise." The prices are shockingly high, comparable to a 5-star hotel, but the place itself looks like a rundown shack.

The chairs, plates, and glasses were all unclean. The entire place lacked basic hygiene. There’s no free hot water either, and the staff behavior was rude and careless. The service? Pathetic. We were tricked by the aggressive and misleading calls from the staff outside, but once inside, it was all a big trap.

It’s beyond me how tourism and health authorities allow such a disgusting, substandard place to operate. This restaurant is clearly exploiting tourists and tarnishing the reputation of our state’s hospitality. Strongly urge everyone to avoid this place...

⚠️ Scam Alert!!!! Tourists Beware! When ordering ⚠️

This place preys on visitors. We waited over 1 hour, then got charged ₹1200 for just 6 small may be tiger prawns when we asked for just ordinary prawns, this is pure scam!!! — In addition to that, their “According to market price” was way more expensive for the service, quantity and taste, they don’t communicate the price and the taste was just okay. On top of that, the gravy spilled due to poor packing.

PS: The day before, we did have tiger prawns at a nearby restaurant for only ₹750, far better quality and quantity. But here we never mentioned “tiger prawns”.

The crab tasted fine, but it was served as just two empty shells with legs—no real meat inside. The kizhi biryani was decent, on par with what you’d find at other nearby restaurants
