Sree Aariyaas Bakers — Restaurant in Kerala

I had a very disappointing experience at Aaryaas Bakers, Kottayam. I bought a loaf of bread and clearly asked the staff if it was made the same day. I was told it was fresh. However, after purchase, I noticed that there was no manufacturing date mentioned on the packaging, which is a basic requirement for any packaged food item.

When I used the bread, it was obvious that it was not fresh. The slices were dry and crumbly, and they broke into pieces when handled – a clear sign of staleness. This is not only disappointing but also misleading, especially when the staff confirms freshness at the counter.

As per food safety regulations, the manufacturing date must be clearly printed, especially for perishable products like bread. Selling undated and possibly old food items is highly irresponsible. Don't buy...

Thought it's a good bakery but 2 days ago i bought a bread and bun which showed the manufacturing day as the same day as I bought,but it seemed to be teared into many small pieces.when I gave this to my kids they ate just one piece and showed reluctancy to eat.so i tasted it ,it was all spoiled and tasted weird.I thought to ask them next day .unfortunately I didn't get a chance as my kids are suffering from diarrhea and vomiting and I am in the hospital..I don't know how people can be so cunning to repack the expired item and put a new manufacturing name instead.IS it the aftermath of covid lock down.YOu Are Serving Food MAN.Show some courtesy to the money that you are earning..Its food ...keep...

I ordered a cake online through Myflowertree website. 'Sree Aariyaas Restaurant and Bakers' was the Vendor.They sent an email telling due to COVID 19/containment zone issue they can deliver the cake only on the next day which is completely understandable.
