I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members. I am a regular customer, dining at your establishment approximately three times per week. During my recent visit, I ordered a plain uttapam and coffee. I received a large dosa instead, which was not what I ordered. However, the primary issue was the attitude of the staff member serving me. He behaved as if I was receiving a free meal, displaying a very disrespectful and unprofessional demeanor. I understand that mistakes can happen with orders, but there is no excuse for the staff to treat paying customers with such disdain. Good veg hotel in kottayam .very neat and clean atmosphere and one issue is parking.food items like masala dosa poori masala ...etc...etc are very very tasty and watery flovoured. If we have tea from here we will revisit here next time when we reach kottayam anywhere....poori massala ..ghee roast ...kothu porotta...and what anything...onion uthappam with Vada ...masala dosa with Vada ....the pure taste of uzhunnu with pacharee.......most hostels supply pure items and day by day the quantity of raw items dicreased and the taste disappeared....the people don't felt t....but the people who taste the food in heart knows the gudaaauyipps they implement....as now akshaya are inside the tasty world ....let...
