Your average thattukada where you get just the right kind of food for the money. People swear by their chicken and beef fry which is apparently quite good. Coming to vegetarian options....well there's not much obviously. Just kadala curry and Gobi Manchurian. Kadala curry was pretty mediocre but the serving size was pretty good. We got the wrong number of porottas but it all worked well in the end cause we were more hungry than we had initially thought lol. I guess there's a bit of a communication issue they seem to be having. Parotta was nothing much to brag about, but it was fresh and tastes good so there's that. Lime juice was a letdown. Omelette was pretty good too.
Coming to the ambience..... It's a thattukada what do you expect lol. It gives off a post apocalyptic vibe if anything lol. All in all, if you just want food to fill you up, and don't want anything fancy or expensive, this is just the right place for you. Although the restaurant was packed and busy, the wait was well worth it once I tasted the delicious food. The cost of the meal was reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes provided.
