Delicious Experience with a Few Misses I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. mouthwatering signature BBQ, chicken kababs, and family platters. While the overall experience was delightful, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations, namely the beef kababs and the kuboos, while the mojitos were just average.

Let's start with the highlights of the meal—the signature BBQ and chicken kababs. The restaurant truly excels in these areas, offering a tantalizing array of flavors that are sure to satisfy any barbecue lover. The signature BBQ had a perfect balance of smokiness and tenderness, leaving me craving for more with each bite. The chicken kababs were equally impressive, featuring succulent pieces of marinated chicken cooked to perfection. The seasoning was just right, providing a delightful blend of spices that enhanced the overall taste. These dishes alone are reason enough to visit this restaurant.

Moving on to the family platter, which showcased the diverse culinary offerings of the restaurant, there were a few shortcomings. While the non-beef items, such as the signature BBQ and chicken kababs, were outstanding, the beef kababs didn't quite live up to expectations. They lacked the same tenderness and flavor that made the other meats shine. Additionally, the kuboos served alongside the platter seemed underwhelming. The bread was slightly dry and didn't complement the other items as well as it could have. It's disappointing when a crucial component of a dish doesn't meet the same high standard as the rest.

Regarding the mojitos, they were satisfactory but didn't leave a lasting impression. They were refreshing and adequately mixed, but lacked that extra flair or unique twist that could have made them memorable. While they certainly didn't ruin the dining experience, they didn't stand out either.

Despite these minor shortcomings, the overall dining experience at this restaurant was still quite enjoyable. The exceptional signature BBQ and chicken kababs showcased the restaurant's prowess in grilling and seasoning, making them definite must-try dishes. The family platter, while not perfect, offers a good variety of flavors and a great option for sharing with loved ones. We came here for a family dinner today because we saw the rating was above 4. But unfortunately, we had to leave the place very disappointed and decided that we will never come back again. I have never rated nor written a comment for any restaurant, but this I have to do.

Poor Parking Facility - First of all, the parking was not convenient and we had to park on the main road. Poor Service - Secondly, after entering the restaurant, we were waiting for the menu but no one came to our table for about 10 minutes. We had to call someone by ourselves and ask them for the menu. Poor Food Quality - Thirdly, we had ordered kebabs, hummus, shawarma, french fries and charcoal butter chicken. But unfortunately, all of them had very less salt and it was so tasteless. We tried to sprinkle salt from the shaker, but nothing came out from even though it was heavy. Another salt shaker that we had asked for was the same. We expected the shawarma to contain non-veg and veg fillings in a pitas bread. But only non-veg filling was put in a romali roti! The chicken kebab was raw inside. Poor Ambience - The seating was congested such that the families sitting next to our table can listen to our conversations very easily. No separate bathrooms for male and female and moreover, it is located outside.

Everything was very poor and not at all the same as per the reviews and ratings. There is no star less than 1 else I would have given 0 or 0.5 rating....

I had written my previous review..which is seen below , about a year back. Ordered recently, again ( because of the many positive reviews) via swiggy. This time the food had significantly improved. It was a pleasant surprise. The barbeque chicken and shawarma were all really good this time. Even their accompanying sauces are really delicious. They have additional items like falafel, hummus and wedges, which are not easily found in tiruvalla, and they taste good. I hope they keep up their quality because then they will find many loyal customers.

OLDER REVIEW ( written a year back) Just average. ordered via delivery partner Arabic beef shawarma...I could barely taste the garlic mayo or tahini. Just chewy spicy beef. The consistency is not what we would expect in a shawarma. The rumali roti was also stiff and oily. Sultan shawarma was supposed to be garlic mayo only, but it had some reddish spicy sauce too . I think they use that standard sauce mix on all their shawarma, despite what is mentioned on the menu. ..makes it sweet and spicy, so it does not taste like authentic shawarma. also had the classic beef shawarma...all the shawarmas taste more or less the same.... the sauce, spice mix and the shredded beef together doesn't mix well and is not palatable. Ginger lime was bitter. French fries were like crispy chips. Even the veg wrap and sandwich were not upto the mark. The food is not worth the high prices. Won't be...
