I recently dined at Junior Kuppanna restaurant in Kodaikanal, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The highlight of our meal was discovering that the fish dish (vanjanam fish fry) we ordered was spoiled and emitted a foul smell. We immediately canceled the order upon detecting the issue, but the damage was done. My family and I suffered from food poisoning throughout our journey back home, which put a damper on the entire trip.
It's disheartening that a restaurant would prioritize profit over the well-being of its customers. No one should have to endure the physical discomfort and inconvenience that we faced due to consuming spoiled food. It makes me wonder whether they would serve such subpar items to their own loved ones.

Very very very horrible experience with food and service Firstly we waited for long time, no body bothers the customer, every server is busy with his own work by doing something else in tabs. Afterwards food quality was very very very worst especially chicken biryani not even cooked properly. Then mutton chukka i dont know why they given only bone, i think its there mutton chukka with bone special. Completely they cheated in this regard and loss of money only. Then at night we got food poison from this worst food effect. Finally no value for money, if you go and eat there, it means you will be fooled easily in the name of this brand surely. If you feels that you have not went to hospital so long time, you should try this hotel surely for getting ill in the same day and claim your medical insurance for such a worst...

Came back to the hotel room and found the mutton chukka had only bones, no meat. Taste was great but looks like they used left over meat to make mutton chukka. Absolute disgrace to the people running this place. Looks like they don't care what they pack for you. If you eat there, at least we can protest and tell them. Then comes the mutton biriyani. Same case. Mainly bones with some mutton fat, and two pieces of kidney. Absolutely no meat. Believe me. Do not go here. You are going to get cheated. They charged 700 + for these two dishes and...
