Had to ensure that I get the best #chocolatebirthdaycake possible for mom (read for me as well 😅) and I am glad I chose 21 B- A Dessert Co. for the task.. I have been hearing rave reviews about dear Suchi who is a #homebaker par excellence - finally got an opportunity today to try out her products and I was mighty #impressed to say the least..

My brief was pretty specific to her - I wanted her to bake the most #chocolicious cake (but not dark chocolate please) possible for me and she did exactly that - she baked exactly that with an overload of #milk & #white chocolates laced with #caramel - it was supremely divine 😍

The #CaramelCheesecake & #CustardDonuts were equally impressive but what stole the show personally for me were her #ChocolateBrownies - soft and laden with gooey chocolate - every bite melts into #chocogasm inside your tastebuds.. One amongst the #best that I have tasted till date..

Even the packaging was top notch - the pricing is absolutely worthwhile 👌

Take a bow #Suchi - impressing me on the chocolate front is certainly not an easy task but you floored me for sure - keep up the brilliant work - wish you and your brand all the very best..

Apart from your excellent bakery skills what I loved most about you is the gem of a person you are - I have never heard any brand owner telling a customer without bothering about potential revenue loss - "hey, I think you are ordering too many items at one go - I suggest you cut down on one or two items because they are mostly similar in nature" - this shows that you are destined for the long run 💯

My experience with 21B A Dessert Co over the span of 2 years has been nothing short of wonderful. Suchi, the owner makes the most amazing cakes which taste even better than they look! I personally wait for every occasion in our household be it my parents' anniversary to my brother's birthday, so that I get to order these delicious cakes and devour them haha! Honestly she makes one of best chocolate cakes I've had in Kolkata, the consistency and taste is what mostly makes me come back for more. Apart from that she does her best to accommodate these pretty designs in your budget, making it worth the money. The best part about ordering with her is that she is very patient while listening to exactly how I want my cake to look like and she takes out time to discuss the customisations thoroughly. I have had people ask me about these cakes so much and I've directed them all to her, and I have recommended her to many people as well. I'd say on top of her being a wonderful baker, she is professional, trustworthy and reliable, and you should definitely bring your buisness to her...

Caution alert- The cake was absolutely so gorgeous that it became the main character of my birthday and I am not even complaining. Honestly, seeing their works on insta for quite a while, had me wanting to get my dream cake for my birthday done by 21B Bakery, and needless to say, absolutely exceeded my expectations. While with the decor of my cake, I had full faith in them from the starting seeing their amazing works over time. But what is not talked enough I feel is AMAZINGLY the cakes taste. Before ordering, I was super skeptical on how to finish 700 lbs, soon enough after I had my first bite, within a while, half of my cake was gone and all by myself, I started to contemplate that I should had gone for bigger quantity and mind you not, I am not even a cake person.
