A horrible dining experience ever. We arrived to the restaurant at first we asked if we can be accommodated outdoor (patio area)the restaurant manager and floor in charge told us it is not possible since they have āFOREIGNERā group. Then the entire group started making huge noise and shouting the experience since all of them are intoxicated. Later again after re-approaching to the restaurant manager we requested to move us or we have to leave the restaurant finally they arranged a table for us to outdoor sitting. In fact there was family of 5min er next table to us they left the restaurant. No apologies from the staff or restaurant manager. We order our food on basis of recommendation of our server he suggested us Lemon Garlic chicken honestly the taste is chicken if way far below than a roadside dhaba. Honestly speaking the food quality is far below expectations. Even we ordered potato wedges (in menu it was mentioned comes with garlic mayo) but when we asked server he denied mentioning there is no garlic mayo. Later when we asked then why it is mentioned on your menu our server told us that he will provide only mayo. Drinks is the funniest part since they have nice names on menu (margarita, martini, LIIT) but drinks are the worst even than food. Over sweet, no proper taste not even near to our drinks what we ordered (by the we ordered strawberry margarita it was the most disgusting drink) not even tastes like strawberry. We were group of 9 members spending 14k trust me itās a waste of money. Staff are very rude especially the restaurant manager and floor manager. The waiter in restaurant are fighting in between themselves with loud voice.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe most 'bakwaas' restaurant ever seen You go to a restaurant for what? Food. correct? The title of 'MOST' is for 3 reasons 1)We tried to order. The Stuart was unable to give us any options, maybe he did not know how the food tasted here. He might too be eating out at another place ;-) We ordered for Khazan-e-Lazzat. He came back and said that it cannot be prepared. Then we ordered for Dum ka Paneer, again he came back to say that the chef was unable to prepare that so we ordered for Paneer ka Dulma as there were just these three options for Rich Diet Vegetarians. And O! He came back again and said that the chef was unable to prepare it. We called up the manager for a complain now as we had no notion now to eat there. He came and told that the chef does not know how to prepare these dishes as mostly non-vegetarians visit this place. The menu card, which too was in a very bad shape (lamination coming out, pages filthy) had already struck out 3-4 items with a BLACK MARKER. I told him why don't they strike out these 3 dishes too to which he replied that you will get a feedback form, you can write ANYTHING you like there. 2)ATTITUDE, man! And when you fill up that form with single stars, 3 waiters come up to you and say that you must give them atleast 3 stars as their service was being challanged by these low star ranking. It was true too that the waiters cannot be pulled up in this because they SERVED US NOTHING. But we stuck to our ranking as this was BADest MANNER with which you bid farewell to a guest 3)The upkeep of the restaurant was not as per the hype - INDIA's ONLY When you say it is the only one, you have to keep it up to a mark not less than 3 stars. The wood in the floor is rotting as is the furniture The place gave a bad taste when we just entered it, the vibes of the guests was positive and jolly but the vibes from the...
