** Location = Opposite to High Court, Calcutta. At Old Post Office Street.

** Brief Intro = One of the go to places for lawyers, clients, clerks and people working in and around High Court, Calcutta. Samrat Restaurant is almost like a landmark these days. Being an advocate I have been visiting this place since my University days.

** Ambiance/ Decor = Not much ambiance, no AC, decent seating space and quick service.

** Things Tried = One can have sandwiches, tea, coffee, fish fry, cutlet, while discussing with your clients or colleagues. The fried rice and chilly chicken are also close to my heart and I like them alot.
