This Domino’s outlet is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never seen such poor quality food and careless service from a brand that claims to care about customers. The pizza was stone cold, the cheese looked like plastic, and the crust was so hard it could break teeth. The toppings were half missing, and the taste was disgusting — like it had been reheated multiple times.

The sides were another joke — soggy, oily, and tasteless. To make it worse, they took forever to deliver, and when I asked for extra tissue, they said it would be chargeable. Seriously? Charging for tissue paper after serving this garbage-quality food? That’s beyond ridiculous.

The staff clearly doesn’t care, and the outlet seems totally mismanaged. No hygiene, no manners, no quality — just taking customer money and serving trash. Domino’s should immediately investigate and take strict action against this store before it completely ruins their brand image in this area.

This place deserves zero stars. I’ll never order from here again, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away unless you want to waste your money and spoil your mood.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Domino’s outlet at Chambers Mall. The first pizza delivered was burnt, tasteless, had very few oily toppings, and was delivered late.

When I called to complain, a lady at the store assured me they would send a fresh pizza and asked me to return the bad one. I agreed and specifically requested faster delivery this time. She promised it would be delivered much before 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after repeated follow-ups, the replacement pizza came after an hour.

The second pizza was somewhat better, but still not up to Domino’s usual standards. I’ve never had such a bad experience at other Domino’s outlets, but this is the second time I’ve faced poor service from this particular store.

It’s also frustrating that the Domino’s app doesn’t show which outlet will fulfill the order. If I had known it was from this outlet, I would not have placed the order at all.

Overall, very dissatisfied with this outlet’s service...

Worst delivery experience!!Today have ordered medium 4 cheese pizza, 1 garlic bread stick, cheesy dip, 2 peri peri meatballs, 4 red velvet lava cake and 1 mirinda about 1 hour back. I got my order deliver on time but delivery boy denied to come on 2nd floor to deliver my order. His statement was "ma'am order zada h na toh hum upar jakar delivery nhi karte kyun ki Saman kharab ho jayega". Also, cheese dip was missing so I called up delivery boy 5 times but after dialing his number it used to ring for 1 sec and then IVR played the number is busy. Then I called up customer service and now they are saying they will get my cheesy dip delivered. After spending 1700 rs I'll have to eat cold pizza, meat balls and garlic bread. I don't know...
