The Flavours of India is a place where you get Indian cuisine to chinese to Asian all under one roof. This place is ruling in the core of City of joy since 2003. Kolkata 💸Price - 800 (for two approximately) This place has a old familiar vibes which is attract you must, and they serve each and every food with maintaining proper quality. Kasan - The flavours of India is amazing and they serve wide ranges of good food I have tried their mocktal , and food. Now coming to the food part •Starters• Butter chicken bao Gondhoraj panko fried fish Veg crystal dumplings Chicken crystal dumplings Sharabi jhinga Bhadwan aloo •Main course• Asian green Fish in butter garlic sauce Egg wrapped fried rice Butter chicken Garlic naan Dal bukhara Bhuna ghost •Mocktails• Watermelon Mojito Strawberry chamomile martini Mickey mouse Smooth love Litchi colada •Desserts• Hershey's brownie with icecream Tutti frutti If u thinking to start with some Asian food then must try their butter chicken bao. This is totally unique. You'll get a medley of Indian and asian food in one . Butter chicken stuffing is so flavourful and perfectly goes as a stuffing of bao. And also try their dumplings. These are also too good. For some different, don't forget to try out their gondhoraj panko fried fish, the fried fish has flavour of gondhoraj and the portion of fish inside of it is just amazing. If you're a prawn lover , also you have option for this ,try their Sharabi Jhinga. Yes the word Sharabi is apt , because this is basically made with old monk , and the taste of it, you'll surely fall in love. Also in Indian bharwan aloo is recommended Now coming to main course Try their butter chicken , this is signature item of them . Also garlic naan and dal Bukhara perfectly goes well with each other . Also don't forget to try out their Chinese food. Egg wrapped fried rice , fish in butter garlic sauce is highly recommended. Asian green is the item of broccoli which I love most . Apart from this they have another main course options on Chinese , Indian food. You have to complete your meal with some sweet tooth So don't forget to try out desserts from this place Quantity and quality of food .both are amazing Prices are really reasonable. Located in the centre of the city, this boutique hotel cum restaurant has separate sections for families, corporates, a lounge & a bar as well to celebrate any occasion with friends/family. The newly launched menu focuses on fusion food giving a localised taste to international cuisine bringing exquisite flavours from all over India, being their USP. To be very honest, my experience was amazing here. Not all fusions work everytime, but surprisingly this place has managed to well experiment them keeping intact the same old school touch yet matching with the taste buds of the present generation. Having wide extensive menu, they specialise in indian, chinese and thai cuisine. Talking about the food, ▪️Drinks: Cosmopolitan Old fashioned ▪️Starters: Chilli turkey aloo FOI special paneer (tricoloured) Gondhoraj panko fried ish Kung pao chicken Nambi pao chicken (seasonal) Malai chilli chicken ▪️Main course: Rajasthani lal mans Prawn malai curry Dal bukhara Garlic naan Onion chilli cheese kulcha Chicken raduwa gravy noodles (seasonal) Chilli garlic fried rice 📍 What you should not miss? 🔹Gondhoraj Panko Fried Fish- breaded in authentic japanese bread crumbs with gondhoraj lime, deep- fried in goodness. 🔹Kung Pao Chicken- spicy chicken perfectly tossed with cashew nut and honey giving a brilliant texture. 🔹Malai Chilli Chicken- boneless chunks of chicken marinated in a creamy sauce infused with crispy chillies in hakka style. A fusion dish with a new twist. Had it for the first time and I am in absolute love with this. Definitely going again for this. A must must try. 🔹Rajasthani Laal Mans- tender mutton prepared with the robust mathania mirchi well balanced with spices giving a rich texture. 🔹Prawn Malai Curry- rich coconut gravy adding aromatic flavours to this dish. Definitely gonna say the best one I had till date. A must try again. 🔹Dal Bukhara- very different from dal makhani. Rich, slow-cooked black dal recipe with creamy goodness, derived from the Bukhara region of Uzbekistan. Paired well with roti, naan, paratha or kulcha. Apart from the food, they have mind blowing hookah & hard drink offers. So, whether to party with friends or to dine in with family indulging in good food, this should be the place.

This is a very old resturant that is located at A. J. C. Bose Raod. Its a two storeys resturant. Which has a capacity of 200 and is divided into differnet sections for Corporates, Families & Lounge where you can celebrate with big as well as small groups. Ground floor has further been devided into three sections. One is the bar, one is the smoking friendly section and one is for the corporates as it has long table in that section. I had visited this resurant many times in the past but this time they have introduced some really good fusion food in the menu. I visited with a big group this time and we sat in the ground floor. Now let me share what all we had ordered this time: Cocktails- •Cosmopolitan •LIIT •Strawberry Mojito •Mocktails •Strawberry chamomile martini •Watermelon Mojito •Green goblin Appetizers- •Foi special paneer •Chilli turkey aloo •Gondhoraj panko fried fish •Chicken coastal kebab •Veg dumplings •Malai chilli chicken Main course- •Lahori pindi chana •Chicken tikka masala •Dal bukhara •Garlic naan •Onion cheese chilli kulcha •Subz jodhpuri •Thai basil rice Asian green •Massaman chicken thai curry •Raduwa noodles Dessert- •Brownies with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce The presentation was simple yet classy. The portion they served was good enough for 2 adults to share and the taste was simpley amazing. I would highly recommend you to try out their Watermelon Mojito, Green goblin, LIIT, Raduwa noodles, Lahori pindi chana, Chicken tikka masala, Dal bukhara, Garlic naan, Gondhoraj panko fried fish, Chicken coastal kebab, Veg dumplings, and Onion cheese chilli kulcha. Plus the dessert Brownies with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce is a must try as well. I overall had an amazing time as always at FlavourOfIndia and I will surly visit again.

Hi guys! Are you a fusion lover too? If you're then you surely should not miss this very happening place right now in the city where you can get both the booze and fusion food at a very affordable price. Introducing Kasan- The Flavours of India. Opened in 2003, Kasan on AJC BOSE ROAD, near Park Circus is a 200 seater multi-cuisine restaurant which serves NORTH INDIAN, CHINESE, ASIAN & TANDOOR delicacies but that too with a twist. I have become a fusion lover after trying out their food. I have been to this place twice now and I haven't been disappointed with anything. Everything, from food to service is top notch here. The place remains open till 12 in the morning and you will get really amazing offers in their happy hours which will be hard to resist. Their cocktails and mocktails are to die for. The beautiful blend of spirits and syrups is to die for here. My favourites from the cocktails and mocktails menu will be:-

COCKTAILS Cosmopolitan Strawberry mojito Margarita

MOCKTAILS Watermelon Mojito Strawberry chamomile martini Mickey mouse Smooth love Litchi colada

Now the main aspect. From their menu, my recommendations will be:-

STARTERS Butter Chicken Bao (must try) Gondhoraj Panko Fried Fish (must try) Veg Crystal Dumplings (must try) FOI Special Paneer Kebab Bhadwan Aloo

THE BAO IS DEFINITELY A MUST TRY. WITH SOFT BUNS AND TENDER SHREDDED CHICKEN, THIS DISH IS SURE THE SHOW STOPPER. PANKO FRIED FISH IS MADE WITH PURE BHETKI SO YOU ALREADY CAN TELL HOW IT WILL TASTE. THE CRYSTAL DUMPLINGS WILL MELT STRAIGHT INTO YOUR MOUTH THAT YOU CAN BE SURE OF. THE PANEER KEBAB AND STUFFED ALOO TASTES REALLY AMAZING.

MAIN COURSE Asian green Raduwa noodles Fish in butter garlic sauce Egg wrapped fried rice Butter chicken Garlic naan Dal bukhara Bhuna ghost

FROM THE PAN-ASIAN MENU,ASIAN GREENS CONSISTS OF STOR FRIED WHOLE BOK CHOY IN CORN FLOUR AND TOPPED WITH ROASTED GARLIC WHICH TASTED AMAZING WITH THE RADUWA NOODLES. THE FISH IN BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE WAS ANOTHER SHOW STOPPER WHICH STOLE THE SHOW AND WENT AMAZING WITH THE RICE. FROM THE NORTH INDIAN MENU, BUTTER CHICKEN AND BHUNA GOSHT IS A NUST TRY WITHOUT FAIL. PAIR IT WILL GARLIC NAAN OR MASALA KULCHA.

DESSERTS Hershey's Brownie with Ice-cream Tutti Frutti

NO WORDS FOR THE DESSERTS, IT'S AMAZING AS ALWAYS.

So visit here to chill and relax and get your hands on some amazing...
