I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so nightmarish, I have to warn others. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed the air was thick with humidity and everything felt damp. Then we realized why the sheets and blanket were damped, like they had been pulled out of a washing machine and left to dry in the room. But the worst part? The blanket was covered in disgusting yellow stains and lots of fungi. The air conditioning was out of order, and with no airflow, the room had a stench that made it hard to breathe. This whole experience made us so miserable that we had to switch rooms, but the allergy symptoms from that night, constant sneezing followed us even after we left the room. Good that after we changed the rooms we get the good enough room that it should be. At checkout, things got even worse. The staff told us a face towel was missing from our room and insisted we search our own luggage for it. We had to bring all our bags in from the car and go through them in the lobby, but the towel wasn’t there. Even after we asked, no one from the staff came to check the room or help us with the luggage. We were left to handle it all ourselves. Overall, this hotel didn’t meet even basic standards of comfort or service.

Should be rated in negative. Smelly washrooms unhygienic staffs are not bothered about cleanliness it seems. We had taken up 7 rooms prepaid hosted an event

We had instructed the Man of in-charge Abhijit about the extra room that a bride and groom are going to stay after the event the date was mentioned to him he assured for the availability infact we asked and briefed everything pretty well where he agreed upon There he mishaps no room was booked. frontdesk people are prtending hear Ghost and call us to say sorry about the tragedy. Just imagine No rooms locked for newly wed which was the highlight. A sorry? What an embarrassment that we faced. Nothing can pacify this no amount of money or anything. Story doesn't end here frontdesk doesn't have any clue whatsoever about thr billing we inquired the frontdesk personnel sevral is there anything pending please tell us it's only after the checkout when we reached Bombay afternoon the same day we get a call that he again mishaped some amount is pending. Just understand the number of untrained bunch of people Unprofessionalism at its height seems more of a Motel than a Hotel. I strictly urge and ask you not to book any event with them if you don't want to embarrasse yourself.
