This is with deep regret i am writing this review that the Fab India Loudon street showroom has shown unprofessional work ethics. We made a purchase amounting to a sum just under a Lakh , and were promised that the furniture would be directly sourced from their factory as we had requested for a fresh piece for an article , the store could have maintained transparency and told us that , a new piece was not possible and the one available at the showroom itself would be delivered. I had seen a mark on the article in the showroom that would cement my suspicion that the same article has been delivered to me at my home although with negligible dent marks. I would like to reiterate that the staff was cordial but the trust deficiency has left a bad after taste to our shopping experience at a coveted manufacturing company like Fab India. Read moreHeard the sales boy say some choice words as we left because we did not find anthing that we liked. He was also was noticeably pissed off when he had to show us more clothes. His policy was picking out the most expensive pieces of clothing and luring the customer into buying them on sale because apparently more garments translates to bigger discounts. When we entered the store the same sales boy was trying to call another girl who replied to him in bengali something along the lines of not really interested in showing us around. Just for the record I am fluent in 6 languages, bengali being one of them and i did not mishear anything. Hated the experience and the store management.
