Very very bad experience 2st time in this restaurant bcz I m a regular basis customer of this restaurant. Today at 11 am ordered home delivery, and ask the concern person that it is possible to get it or not. That concern person say yes it's possible at 1 pm u will get it deliver at ur place. They asked for the item and my location which I confirmed then through WhatsApp. They accept. At 1.30 pm I called them for the delivery bcz delivery time was 1pm. 1st of all they didn't rcv my calls, secondly they hangup the calls then I call them in whtsapp.someone rcv the call and say that delivery boy already out for my delivery and within 15 mints I will get my order. So I request them pls share the concern deliver boys no so that I can contact him. Then over the fon they are asking me at 1:45 pm wht was ur order ma'am exactly. Someone confirm me that I will get my order but it will take 30 mints more i.e. 2.20 pm ( order place at 11 am ) . I said ok bcz I know it's rush time . Pls make it fast i added . After 15 mints someone one of their customer service person call me and say that ma'am where u stay (I reply to his question) actually for behala it will take time so we r cancelling this order. And put down the fon. Wht kind of service is this? Wht kind of behaviour it is? When I place orders that time I ask you whether it's possible or not ? Why u didn't say properly? After waiting long time , where I dnt had any arrangements for lunch at home except ur delivery, wht kind of harrasment its? And why ? Bcz u r getting good rating? I dnt know who is the owner of this restaurant pls look into this matter . Why u keeping all these non...

Taste that would continue to linger in your tastebuds - one of its kind serving a varied cuisine that too without onion and garlic. We were in Kolkata for 2 days and were searching for some soul satisfying food and Gopalas stood by it! Would highly recommend for everyone around vicinity to try this place and if you’re a vegetarian- the widespread menu and taste would surely buy your heart!

Very rarely I have come across a Thali where the taste is absolutely distinct and yummy, we ordered a special thali and were served three stuffed Indian breads, pulao, 2 curry, dal makhani, raita, salad, sweet and papad - all for just 300! The quantity and quality speaks for itself with affordable $$. We also ordered Lassi and Aam Panna and they too were really good!

Being a vegetarian person, finding a restaurant is quite a cumbersome thing. Thankfully I found this restaurant and what's more it is a satvik restaurant where no onion and garlic are used to make food. The prices are good according to the place. The thalis are great if you want to have a nice meal without spending much. But keep in mind prices are tax exclusive so net bill will have a higher amount. I ordered Mix Schezwan Fried Rice and the quality and quantity was great, to resemble onion they used purple cabbage which was a clever idea. The atmosphere is also nice and cozy and you can have peace of mind there as well. At the entrance you will find a Shri Jagarnath Ji idol to welcome you which I personally liked very much. And in the eating space also you will find pictures of Shree Radhe Krishna around. Overall the experience was nice and I loved it. Hope you too have the same great experience....
