I have been purchasing stuff from this outlet of Just Baked Bisk Farm on Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata. Off let the store has 3 representatives who are very ill mannered and lack in customer service. Yesterday on demand of the invoice against my purchase from the store - the store representative demanded me to make the payment first then only he can provide me with the invoice, which is a very strange and unacceptable behavior. Unless and until I am able to verify the details of the invoice how can i make payment. The representative presented a stupid explanation stating that in big shopping malls you have to make the payment first and then only you can get the invoice. Unnecessary Confusion created by the Sales Person on 31st March 23 at around 10am.. Yesterday I have purchased 4-5 items worth Rs 80/-. I requested them to provide a carry bag as it would be convenient to carry the items back home. The Sales Person did provide a carry bag but after that they told me in a rude way that they provide carry bag after purchase worth Rs 100/-. If this is the policy then why is this Information not displayed anywhere in the Just Baked Lansdowne Showroom? Secondly if the Carry Bag is chargeable, then it must be informed to the customer while making the bill ( if the bill amount is less than Rs 100/- ) The Sales Person must either stick to the Policy implemented by the company or provide carry bags if it's requested by...

We'ad ordered 2 sandwiches and a chicken burger. Chicken burger was eaten by my niece, she ate upper bun and left everything behind, I took a bite to eat, the patty was spoilt. We complaint the staff abbout it. One of the staff continuosly argued witth the quality of burger patty and said you ate half I will charge it for what you ate. I asked him the manager number he said go to this xyz adress and complaint. How one can be so nonsense??
