Typical KFC Restaurant. Same Good Food which doesn't even remotely match the pictures.
The problem with them is they will kind of, force you to get the items that are on offer. This is the conversation I had with them today while trying to buy one single Chicken Longer Burger for ā¹65. (Translated from Bengali to English) P.S. They had an offer where you would get 2 Chicken Longer for ā¹99. I was not interested in that.
Me: Can I get a Chicken Longer? Server: The ā¹99 one on offer? Me: No, one Single Chicken Longer. Server: types in the items for billing So 2 Chicken Longer? Me: rudely NO! One Chicken Longer for ā¹65. Server: Okay, sir. Hands over the bill
This is not the first I had this issue. All other fast food chains do this sometimes but whenever I go to KFC (Be it this one or The one in Acropolis Mall or the One in Mani Square Mall) , they will do it for everything,. EVERYTIME....

When I raised this with the staff, they told me it was because of the lettuce and sauce, which doesnāt make sense because the entire chicken piece was cold. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they just put the food in the microwave to reheat it.
The managerās behavior also felt a little rude, which was disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect my food to be served fresh and warm, not reheated.
I am okay with a disposable glass for the Pepsi, but there should at least be a proper cover on it. They handed it to me open with just a straw, which isnāt very hygienic.
This is not my first time eating at KFC ā Iāve had meals from different cities and generally had better experiences. But this particular outlet at South City Mall was very disappointing in both food quality and customer service.
