Today I visited the Cafe with My friends for giving them a treat in total we were 12 in numbers so we need time for deciding which one should we order. The women in the reception asking us for our order for first time and we replied her that give us few more minutes because few of our friends were still outside she said ok fine. After our friends who were outside came inside the hotel after just hardly 1-2 minutes she again asked for our order we replied her that when we decided what we all like to take then we will let her know after hearing this she became a little bit of irritated that's were quite clear in her voice and body language and she being irritated till we pay our bill and leave the Cafe and one more thing I like to share that is the Unavailable of few dishes which is present in the menu card, several times when I order something which were present in menu card but I came to hear the very common thing mam this item is not available same thing again happen today I asked for a pizza the lady in the reception who is taking the order said that mam this pizza is not available that's the problem underwise it's such a beauty and affordable Cafe...

Yesterday I went there with a couple of friends. We selected that particular restaurant on the basis of previous reviews and ratings. We ordered one BBQ chicken wings which was pretty decent (4/5), chicken kurcand (on the menu it shows 8 pcs but actually it was not more than 5-6 pcs and the food quality was poor-2/5), one pulao chicken kosha combo (the chicken pieces were smelly and the pulao had no taste also it was soggy), one chicken biriyani and guess what it was kind of disaster (the biriyani was full of kewra water and the chicken was chewy, the egg was half boiled) and we ordered a full plate chicken kosha and we got 4 pcs where the menu shows it's 6 pieces, though when we asked about it there were some confusion between them regarding the chicken pieces and after sometimes they provide us another two pieces in a bowl and those pieces were awful and smelly also as previous.

And now coming to the services, it was also poor though they had put a 5% service charge in the bill. The ambience was pretty decent,but not shown as some of the previous pictures. Over all it's a 2/5 restaurant and a pretty...

I have visited this cafe thrice. The first two time’s experience was good. But when i visited last night there was a private party going on so we asked whether we could seat and have food they said yaa we can but they have a limited menu so we selected items from that menu we ordered 3 combos of pulao and chicken kosha. They served it after some time in a disposable packaging plate which they didn’t did earlier so i was a but annoyed then only but when i started eating I discovered that the food was cold and i just couldn’t eat so i informed them but they told it was a mistake they didnt reheat it in microwave properly and told us to please manage today but i was like why would i. i will have to pay the full amount so why will i eat that cold half uncooked dish. so then they replaced it with fresh meal. i am utterly dissapointed with their service.
