We went on a group . I pre booked the table from their website and got the confirmation and also got confirmation over phone when I called before 4 days of my visiting the place but to our surprise when we went the manager was like please show the conformation as the system wasn't showing to them and they don't have a manual entry to it. Well it was unfortunate but I guess they are not updated with the bookings on their own website. We got the space and settled ourselves and started ordering. The service not that great but it was okayish, the place is really good, the ambience is good and not a single staff has a smile on their face. The pleasing atmosphere is missing. Now coming to the food, the starters we ordered were french fries was ok, Lotus stem was good, nachos were not upto the mark, some item of paneer. The main course was good, ordered hakka noodles, Singaporean noodles, burnt garlic fried rice, paneer gravy, sweet and sour veggies. The desert we ordered was tutti fruti ice cream, death by chocolate, paan ice cream and kulfi, all the items were good but paan ice cream is a must try in this place . Visited this place on 11th Jan 2025, had one of the worst and horrible experience of my life. Firstly they overcharged for a bottle of water "himalayan brand" they said, which has the mrp of ₹130 but they charged us ₹235+ gst which amounts to almost ₹250 which is more than double than the mrp. When I asked the reason for the overprice, the server exclaimed that this is a supreme court rule to overcharge and that it's normal. Secondly, the food quality wasn't that great either considering the price charged. Also, the service was really poor as well, we asked for bajra ka roti and after 10 mins the server showed up and said that apparently its not available and recommended to offer me something else(makke ki roti) that I did not even want as compensation. Then they had the audacity to ask me my reviews on my experience! Silly! I will never go back to this place and neither will I recommend it to others. Best of luck to the owner...
