I have been a customer at this outlet since it opened. One of the strongest points of shopping here, was the extremely efficient and prompt service one got at the billing counter. I have just returned from a trip to this store and am shocked to see just the inefficient and disorganized, the boys at the billing counter are now. Pre Diwali sales are on, the counters are being manned by many staff but they all seem untrained and confused, asking each other for help, leading to inordinately long waiting times, for customers to get served. Customers are jumping queues and although the staff were fully aware,no one was bothered; when I asked them to manage the lines si c there were so many of them just standing around, one boy standing at the counter, who claimed to be the store manager, argued that there was nothing they could do about it and retorted that I should do something to handle the situation. This rude and insulting behavioir came as a bigger blow to an already stressful experience.I'm truly shocked and disappointed at this terrible deterioration of services in this outlet, a store I had once rated higly. I'm also reading many complaints, like mine in the reviews. Each has got a stock response from the management and clearly, nothing is being done to help the customers have a better experience. This 5 star rating is exclusively for a gentleman staff Mr Syed Alam who handled the situation beautifully and showed perfect customer service today. Unlike Manish who is handling the alteration desk asked me to come next day and Moumita Chakraborty who was somewhere near and had no clue what was going on suddenly asked me to go to the second floor for returning the salwar, sadly both insisted to return the salwar and take a credit note as the alteration could not be done today ( alteration of one and half inch of folding the length). Very very unprofessional behavior demonstrated and insensitivity showed towards the customer who comes to shop at your outlet and asked to return the bought goods and take a credit note... Later Syed understood the situation took the lead and did the job in 20 mins . Please whoever is in charge of this customer service team kindly speak to your staff specially Manish and Moumita so that customers visiting your outlets are not harassed . Both are very very negative points for your team as a whole.... Kindly address this immediately tomorrow so that the customer does have these negative feelings towards your outlet....
