Looking for a pocket friendly place which serves quality food in Southern Avenue ? Then visit WOK This Way ASAP. This newly opened food joint is located at 5 Sarat Chaterjee Avenue near Menoka Cinema and they are famous for their Chinese Cuisines, Beverages and Fast food. Looking at the current situation they are maintaining all the hygiene and safety measures so that you can have a great time here. Coming to the food and drinks we tried here.

We tried two types of Mocktails Kiwi and Blackcurrant, both were very refreshing but I liked the Blackcurrant one more. We had both Steam, Chicken Pan Fried Momos and the momos were ultimate. The momos were very juicy, the filling was perfectly seasoned and they serve the steam momo with a spicy sauce. If you are a momo lover dont forget to try their momos, its highly recommended. Next we tried WOK special Chicken Bao and Chicken Wings. The soft and fluffy Baos were loaded with a spicy filling and it tasted really good. WOK This Way serves Pizzas and Pastas as well, from this section we tried their Chicken Barbeque pizza and White Sauce Pasta, the pasta was average but the pizza was pretty good. From the combo section we had Veg Rice chilli chicken combo, both the quality and quantity of this combo was amazing. If you ever visit this place don't forget to try this combo.

This is a cafeteria located near Menoka cinema Hall. The cafeteria opened on July 2020 and is at the ground floor of the Hall premises. Since its located in Hall premises the cooking here is no done in gas oven instead it's done in induction cooker. This cafe offers Chinese items along with pizza, pasta and shakes.

Ordered:-

1. Chicken wings- containing 6 pieces dipped in spicy mayonnaise dip. The chicken wings were very crunchy and having it with the dip will suit the taste buds. The chicken pieces were decent and fresh.

2. Chocolate shake- The chocolate shake was very good with Oreo biscuit. The favour is always ma favourite.

3. Fried rice & chicken combo- Contains small portion of fried rice with 2 piece chilli chicken with gravy. This is served as a combo here. You can try this item as it's very good and tasty.

The outlet is located below Menoka Cinema Hall just opposite Rabindra Sarobar lake. It has a small seating arrangement. The owner is very cooperative and well - behaved. I frequently visit this place for its pocket friendly prices. It's a good place for a snack stop in the evening time. All of its dishes are well prepared and served. They sometimes take a long time to prepare your order, but the waiting time is worth the quality of food they serve. Since the seating arrangement is outside, one can smoke if they want. Cars and bike parking are available, sometimes fees are levied for parking by the KMC department. If they ask you for parking charges, ask them for the receipt, it's mandatory.
