Cakes — Restaurant in Kolkata

I am one of the most loyal consumer of cakes product. But day before yesterday I got 2pyramid and 1 nougat from the cake outlet beside menoka cinema. Me and my daughter (5yrs old)shared the nougat that night itself and yesterday we both had the pyramid together. Today morning both of us got down with tremendous food poisoning. Daughter is terribly effected. She's vomiting continuously and having bad loose motions. Me too suffering from loose motions.i tried calling the outlet but number not reachable so putting my feedback here Please check the shelf life...

Would like to express my dissatisfaction with the cake we had received . We had not received any bill which has further prevented us to taking any further action. The cake was stale and has caused my family to suffer from serious food poisoning .

Additionally, I encourage regular inspections and ongoing monitoring to maintain standard of food quality and hygiene across all establishments...
