On the special days their attitude changes. The food serving staff forgets the proper course of the meal. On the occasion of Poila Baishak (14/04/2024), they were offering a special thali for the day. The menu are as follows: Luchi (2 pcs) Cholar Dal Begun Bhaja Yellow Pulao Kosha Mangsho Fish Fry Prawn Cutlet Papad Mishti Ice cream. As we were the regular customer, we decided to celebrate this year with them. My decision became a bane and ends with a bad experience. I reserved a table for two and reached the venue on time and ordered 2 Special Thalis as planned. After 30 minutes, at 9PM the thalis arrived and the stewert said there are pending items in your thalis which are coming shortly. Initially they served me with luchi, mutton, fish fry, prawn cutlet and pulao. We started to have our food. After 10 minutes I asked for the cholar dal and begun bhaja to have with the luchi. I waited till 9:15 for the pending items and started the main course as it has already became cold while waiting fo soo long. At 9:35 PM they brought me the cholar dal while saying begun bhaja will be served shortly and gave us the bill while they have not completed all the food items. After getting the bill of 2 thalis we asked whether all the food items were served or not, and they were confused that which items are missing. They want us to have luchi with mutton and Pulao with begun bhaja and cholar dal. All the food except the fry items were tasteless. Dont go with the pictures provided, reality is something opposite of that along with the taste. The chef have taste buds which lacks sweetness, salt and spicyness which results the entire spoil of the day, wastage of money and time. This type of service they are providing after booking 7 days prior and eventually intimating our arrival 30...
